I purchased this device after my old device by seagate broke down after 18 months. Since then this new device has stored all of my old drive with room for more data

Bought this item to store video from my home security systems. I have 4 HD cameras and months of video hasn't out a dent in the storage capacity. Love the product.

I have had no problems and it works easy. i would recommend it.

Never used one before but I found it easy to figure out with a little help from a friend. Great buy for the price.

This was an impulse buy. I had been looking at 3tb drives for a while and the price on this one was the best I had seen at the time. With a simple LAN adapter, I attached this to my network quickly and easily. We now have plenty of room for backups, movies, and music.

Aside from this unit being set up for PC it was easily set up to use as a Time Machine to back up my MacBook Pro.

I saw an ad from one of the major discount / sale price websites for a 3TB drive for the same price, AFTER a mail-in rebate, and was about to buy it and have it shipped. Just in case, I checked the Best Buy website and found this 3TB drive, and it was in stock at a Best Buy store in my town. So I didn't have to deal with a mail-in rebate, I didn't have to wait for it to be shipped, and I bought it from a store that I could walk into and return or exchange it if there was an issue (and there wasn't). Yeah, I'll be double-checking with Best Buy from now on!

This was an excellent choice for a mass storage device. I shopped around and found the best price at Best Buy, so this truly was a best buy at Best Buy.

I BOUGHT THIS TO ADD TO MY XBOX ONE FOR MEMORY AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY! NO PROBLEMS YET. IT IS SMALL ENOUGH AND FITS IN THE CUBBY.

love it! works great for what i need. some extra software on it that wasn't needed so just deleted that even though it didn't use much room at all.

Good speeds and great price. The 3 year warranty is a plus over other brands that offer only 1 year.

It sits on my table out of sight but when I want to use it literally in a minute I am good to go I love it I actually bought two of these

Purchased two drives to store my digital copies of movies. Works great and have no issues watching a movie from the drive.

Server 2003 detected the drive immediately and i've had no issues with it. Can't beat that much storage for such a low price.

I purchased this 3 GB drive as a backup for the many movies I have and for my computer. It comes with great backup software at no additional cost. The backup software is very easy to set up and use. It will backup the entire system and/or files. It allows me to schedule each at a different time and date and if my computer is off at the time it will tell me and start the next time I start my computer if I want. That is great. The read and write speeds are great too on USB 3.
