So i returned the product back at my own expense (I was not aware that i should contacted for a free shipping label). Then later when i informed the Customer Care about this, they gave a $15 Gift card and i used it for my subsequent purchase of the same Hard Drive, which was in good condition this time. Product Experience: File Transfer speeds are a breeze. 2 GB worth files got transferred less than 5 seconds.
