    This is my 2nd Toshiba 2 TB Canvio external hard drive. I purchased one a few months ago and the quality has been as expected from Toshiba. I haven't had any issues with this drive or the previous one. I use these for mass data back up and transfers for audio production files.

    I mainly got this hard drive to back up videos I've been making with a Sony action cam I got last year. My PC's hard drive is getting full, so I wanted a large capacity back-up for my big files. So far this is doing the job. It's been easy to use. I can't really attest to the transfer speeds of the files as my PC is a bit old, and when I'm transferring a lot of files or big files, I'll just let it go and come back to disconnect sometime later.

    i got this to use as an external hard drive for my xbox one. ran out of space on the stock xbox one hard drive, so i looked around and chose this one. works perfect, after your xbox one formats it to the console. plugs right into the xbox one's usb port. boom!

    I have Premiere Pro CC loaded on my home computer and work computer. By keeping all the files on the portable hard drive I can start working on a video at work and then bring it home and continue where I left off. The fast data transfer rate makes it great.
