    I bought this drive to open in up and take the 2 tb drive out and put it in my Mac Mini. However, it is a usb drive and NOT a sata drive inside. I think that the older ones were sata.

    I've only had this for several weeks and I can already tell that it's extremely durable!! Great buy and it was not too expensive! Saw that the price was more competitive than other places. It does what it's suppose to. :)
