This was a gift but the friends who received it were delighted. Light and small enough but yet lots of memory. The price was right so that made it even better.

small and fast. connected to my home network and can back-up all computers over the wi-fi. connected via USB 3.0 for initial copy - faster than 2.0. Good price

Had a WD Passport for MA and it never did function properly and crashed within a couple of months. I decided to try the Toshiba over the Seagate and lordamecy! Easy to use and fast. Simply plug in and go.

The Toshiba hard drive is so great. It is simple to use, has a huge storage capacity, and is very compact making for easy travel/packing.

Plugged it into USB and it worked without issue. Transfer is fast. No issues so far. It is a little bigger than I thought it would be.

I travel a lot and have to carry training material. I have had to make sure I have a good backup for these materials. This drive more than covers the need, which keeps expanding so the size is perfect for now. It is very important to purchase a case to make sure it survives bumps from carrying it constantly which is why I ended up buying this one because the 1 TB drive I had crashed (Different manufacture). I love it.

Like any other computer device, don't rely on anything for your sole backup - but the Toshibas I've experienced have been as reliable as any. Small physical size, fast transfers, reliability and high capacity make this a good choice for portable storage.

I just wanted an external drive I could add data to without automatic backups in Windows folder configuration. With this hard drive I did that quickly and easily. It comes with software that I can install whenever I wish to do automatic backups if I want as well. The only thing that would make it perfect is if I could configure automatic backups with my own folder structure. Was nice to be able to take with me on my visit with the folks and hook up to their TV to do a slide show of all the pictures and videos as well, oh yes!

This drive was very easy to setup. Has plenty of storage space for data or pictures. Good value.

This is the best hard drive I've ever had . It updates just fine and has tons of space . It's easy to store files on and is portable .

There isn't really anything remarkable about this drive, but it works and that's what counts. We bought it to replace a WD passport drive that would constantly disconnect from Windows, causing a lot of frustration. So far, no trouble with this drive.
