It is Best Buy's practice to send you a phone that does not work (which you can return), but will 100% refuse to refund the digital minutes. This is straight THEFT. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE.

Had to make two extra trips as they didn't do their job right. Disappointing and inconvenient.

Bad service at the store
