NO SERVICE

My problem in Miami Fort Lauderdale area is finding a tower my new Moto phone will connect to. Poor reception and terrible customer service. I gave up using my phone which was locked into this company.

Hidden fees

Disappointed in Best Buy over this. Employee at the register could not explain the fee. We'd just purchased two of these sims cards recently and this fee was not assessed.

SIM card dysfunction

(The other 2 went to other family members) I got the bad SIM card and I spent 6-7 hours with Total Wireless and Apple phone support and weeks of not working cellular date service that sucked my life and time. No one could figure out what the problem was for sure until Apple did suggest as a small possibility of a bad SIM card. I purchased another SIM card and it finally worked. Man was it a pain.
