Great phone plan when it works, but unfortunately it is too easy to have your account completely screwed up on Total Wireless' end and your data can possibly be throttled or unusable with nothing they can do about it.

Service is poor in South, MS. Even on a 5g capable phone, the service never went above LTE. Once you register a phone service with them, they also spam your email with offers and deals.

The cell booster works we purchased worked fine. The employee who greeted us at the door was kind. The employee who walked us in and retrieved our product was a jerk. He really didn’t want to answer questions etc... I did my reviews in advance for product so at least I knew what I needed. Had I not needed the booster for work, I would have dropped it on the ground and walked out. Tall skinny young man who needs reprimanded. Bad service.

This product, since it's a second tier verizon product, is poor. I couldn't get the SIM card to register despite the phone being Verizon capable. Their website was also down for a period. When will I see a Virtual Mobile Network Operator that can provide tier one access to ALL physical networks and not full of the typical carrier 'Sell you everything' rubbish???

Bought the plan but couldn't activate the sim card. Brought it to Best Buy and an employee in the cell phone area tried to help- no luck. Called the customer service of Total Wireless and worked with them for awhile, still no access. Asked for a refund and told no. Waste of money.

It didn't work with my service even though the employee said it would. But it was only a dollar so no harm done.

Phone purchased came with sim card so at least i have an extra

I was visiting Orlando and stopped by at the local Best Buy to purchase an iPhone 8 to send overseas as a gift. I told the salesperson my intent of sending the item abroad. He did not guide me that the phone needed to be unlocked. It is now overseas and cannot be used unless brought back to the US to be unlocked. The staff was either incompetent or did not really care. Will never buy from Best Buy again

Good value for price. But wireless plans are actually quite poor.

I sent my iPhone back to Apple who confirmed the phone works properly. Total Wireless can not figure out how to activate it to their network. I spent many hours working with total wireless to get the phone to access their cell service but they have failed and locked the phone for 12 months. I now own a very expensive iPod.

I Purchased this directly from Best Buy and attempted to activate it online which proved to be unsuccessful. I contacted customer service and they told me that the Sim card that came in the package was voided. Quite a hassle.

Useless item, salesperson sold me an unlocked phone that was not compatible with total wireless, tried new sim card only to be told won't work by total wireless

service is 50.00 prepay... I am constantly losing service... terrible .. I was hoping it would work great with my new phone...

I have been having nothing but problems with this company. Buy the phone , pay them for the service, they charge you, but then they tell you they can not hook up the phone.

The location in Charleston S.C. selling defective out of date activation kits for Total Wireless that will not activate with Total Wireless.
