If the SIM doesn't work you're on your own
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this and an associated service card for my daugher for her unlocked iPhone 7+ while home on vacation. The SIM failed to initialize on her phone and we tried to return the item to BestBuy. They refused to refund our money and told us we wouldn't get it back from Total Wireless either (Google TotalWireless customer service). Nowhere is it made clear that BestBuy will not honor their return policy for these items. You might get lucky and have this work for you but if it doesn't you are on your own.
