    Their service is cheap and works fine but watch out, if anything happens you are on your own. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If they get mad at you they will even call you back and hang up on you over and over. I submitted recordings of them doing this to me to the Better Business Bureau. What a horrible customer service experience. Find service elsewhere.

    Both have different options for different needs and budgets. However, Straight Talk does not offer shared/family plans, so if you're in need of multiple lines, you're probably better going with Total Wireless. On the other hand, Total Wireless does not offer a truly unlimited data plan for unlimited lines.

    Works on Verizon’s Network. Good plan price and 4G/LTE carryover days if you renew on time. No problem. Works only on Verizon phones.
