Total Tech Support is a great help me us. We are not very tech savvy and when we have a problem I can either call the tech support number for help OR I can take my item in for a checkup and to have the problem fixed. I really didn't think we would use it very much but we have used it a lot this year. Totally worth it.

I bought this plan last year, and I just renewed. As for me, I do a lot of shopping at Best Buy, I get my Phones, TVs, Tablets, Appliances, and I do a lot of upgrades to my cars. I've definitely got my money worth, and I'll definitely keep using it. Plus, you can call and they will help you fix what ever electronics your having a issue with.

We added this service when we bought our Sony 85" TV so that it could be installed/wired in wall. Was worth the purchase because there are so many other services you can use within the timeframe. We used 1 or 2 more services, and they came at a value as compared to if you had paid for installation each time.

Awesome tech team that were assigned to several of my installations. Installation of my TV and Orbi units was flawless by very talented and experienced technicians. I can’t thank Michael, Area Tech Manager enough for his home assessment and assigning the work order to Heather and her team. Terrific professional and highly skilled team.

Before I had Total Tech, I had the regular Geek Squad plan. It paid for itself. But when I purchased a new computer, I upgraded to Total. I have had TVs delivered & mounted on the wall. A microwave delivered & installed over the stove. I can get phone glitches taken care of. It covers every electronic device you have. Well worth it.

Nick, the Geek Squad member who helped me, was great. He walked me through the use of my new computer and made sure that all my files were transferred. I could never have done it by myself. My experiences with the Geek Squad at the Denver Best Buy have all been positive.

Total Tech Support is by far the best deal I have ever gotten from Best Buy. Through the program, I have had computers fixed, crack phone screens replace, tv's installed and the list goes on. It more than pays for itself every year as is available 24/7.

Total tech support is exactly that. This is our second year and we have only needed help remotely to clean up or tune-up our computer. We had it hacked once and that's when we got Total tech support. Other benefits are also included. The support team is great.

This is the best money we have spent in a long time. They support everything; even things I did not buy from Best Buy (although now I buy almost everything at Best Buy.) They even do a remote clean up of my desktop every 6 months. I renewed this year without even looking at the price because they help us with everything.

This is a great service! Every purchase you make with warranties is covered without further cost. You get 5% off the price of your purchases. It also supports items you purchased somewhere else.

I've had the Tech Support for a couple of years and I believe it paid itself off already. I've taken my computers to get fixed or updated a couple of times and the service was great. It is great to know the if I have any issues with any of my devices, I can take them in and not worry about the price.

I'm never at a loss or stuck with Best Buy Total Tech Support. They know their products and are very patient when I call in inpatient because I couldn't figure something out. Sometimes the wait time is a tad long, but it's well worth getting the help and not having to wait until the next day or bring it into the shop!

We have been Total Tech Support Membership for several years and plan to continue our membership in the foreseeable future. We’ve used the membership online and in store and found the service professional and effective. We particularly like the fact that the membership covers tech product not purchased at Best Buy.

If you buy a large appliance or T.V. and you plan on keeping it for a while, this is the Total Tech Support you want, they not only take care of the items you buy from them but any other electronic item you have and appliance item you have, this is a great deal.

This total tech support plan paid for itself. My wife and I purchased a television that needed to be installed and mounted onto our wall. No problem, we called the people at Total Tech Support and they had us covered. They sent their people out and it was up and functional in no time at all.

Best Buy is my go to store fir all technology! Even my Apple products, I buy them all at Best Buy! The Geek Squad and Total Tech Protection is the BEST! I do not need it often, but when I do, it is really nice to know the protection and experts are there to help! Have never brought anything in they could not resolve!

I am totally enjoying this service. My washer and dryer were oil stalled without an additional cost. My old appliances were taken away without an additional charge. Problems with computer systems are taken care immediately. This is great for me!!!
