Total Tech Support is the best plan that Geek Squad has come up with. I receive not only coverage for all the family computers, but I have a couple of extra light-weight computers I use for "on-the-go" and it covers those. It annually updates all my computers with Webroot which has done a very fine job of protecting against most viruses. My local store has the best Geek Squad tech's and they make this feature the best.

I really rely on Geek Squad tech support. I am not at all proficient on a computer, yet, must keep important medical and household info files. So tech support is a must. I offer constructive criticism however: there should be a system in place to avoid long holding time. PLEASE have a call back system. When tech support is actually ready, call the customer back. The customer is busy too.

Didn't think we needed this until our macbook got a virus twice and webroot froze up on us. After paying $100 first time to get it fixed, total tech support was the best decision made the 2nd time for our macbook. We get discounts on coverage and our iphone batteries are cheaper with total tech support. Saved us tons of money. Covers all phones,electronics , iPad, ipods and gaming systems. Totall got our moneys worth

This plan proved to be a life saver and well worth its cost. They check it out on the spot and I've had my $700+ phone replaced twice; once due to a technical failure and once due to finger failure (lol, slipped right thru my fingers), and each time I got a replacement within 2 days and was back up and running...no matter when I upgrade my phone, I'll never be without the Geeks. I'm also VERY glad the Mobile dept is there to provide the transfer of my data so I don't lose anything.

I subscribed Total Tech Support a couple of years ago, when I was having some computer issues. I have never regretted the decision, as they have assisted me on several occasions. I have had techs come to my home, assist me over the phone and online, as well as take a smaller device in to be checked out. The cost is affordable and I plan to continue my subscription.

Overall my experiences have been very positive and helpful. In a recent call I was disappointed as the person that answered the call did not seem to understand my question and I had to repeat it multiple times. After about 5 minutes of going round and round with the same questions I was sent to another person who was able to answer my question immediately. I chalked this situation to the person being new and who had not been trained properly. This was actually my first disappointing experience an I. Am viewing it as a one time situation.

I love my Total Tech Support service! I have had wonderful help in store with multiple computer issues and they have quickly resolved the issues. They always take time to answer many questions as well! In home equipment help has also been excellent!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this membership! I was hesitant about paying the yearly fee for it, but I have used it so many times. It's definitely worth the cost. I've taken in my electronics for cleaning, multiple times...even items that were purchased elsewhere. I'm always so happy with the customer service I receive while I'm there. I'll be keeping this membership for life.

Having Total Tech Support gives me peace of mind knowing that if I encounter a problem, I have someone to contact! I recently purchased a new TV and Soundbar. Representatives from the "Geek Squad" delivered and set up those items. The two gentleman provided great service and were very professional. It was so nice to have this service provided by Total Tech Support! This service is definitely worth the money!

I've had Total Tech Support for three years, using it infrequently but considering it as insurance. It sure is! I got my money's worth when I had to replace an older computer and phone. The Geek Squad guys were very supportive and helpful. It's great knowing they are there whenever I have dumb questions or need help I can trust!

BestBuy has a professional Team for Installation and they did a great job with all my Installations. There protection plan is a gem because they really take care of their customers. I would recommend this to everyone. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy specially for appliance purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you Best Buy we love you. We like your guys dressed up professionally and courteous with their customer centric attitude. I am a big fan of Best Buy total tech support and plan to keep it every year.

Although it's a bit pricey, I feel it is worth the expense. Any time I've had a problem with my tech, I always receive the very best help. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I especially like that they can solve many issues over the phone, so coming into the store is not always necessary. Highly recommended.

Best Buy Geek squad Total Tech support is one of the best purchases we have made. They have helped us with many things from setting up purchased equipment to an accidental deleting of a huge contacts file. The staff at the Cedar Hill store are great. So everything from installing a car radio to mounting a wall-TV, you name it and chances are they can help you.

This was a really great value! Used it to get my old 72" rear-projection TV removed from my home at no charge, then they installed my new 75" TV on my living room wall at a super low price, then a tech came out a few months later and calibrated the TV at a greatly reduced price! Also, Internet Security Software was Included. This paid for itself and then some. The more you use it the better the value is.

The tech support is worth the money. I purchased a new computer and the cost to set it up and transfer my programs and data was more than the purchase price of the tech support itself. Its good for the whole year and covers the labor end of a problem I may have. I'm planning on taking mt computer back for a tech check up and this will cost me nothing unless parts are needed. Ill renew my subscription every year.

I have used total tech support for years. I have a total of 3 computers, two desktops and a laptop, covered by this support. The Geek Squad is very knowledgeable. I have my computers checked twice a year. They are cleaned inside and out. When I have had an issue and don't want to bring in the desktop, I have had the Geek Squad work on them remotely. It's a great service and well worth the cost.

Have had Geek Squad protection for several years and I feel it pays for itself. They are experts at setting up everything from large TV'S and gaming consoles to work computers and peripherals. Solving issues and recommending helpful additions that streamline productivity. They are alway friendly and professional. Glad to continue having Geek Squad Protection with such a great team.

I cannot imagine functioning without Total Tech Support. I know that if I can’t figure it out, I can call Geek Squad. They always have my issues fixed quickly and with a great attitude. I highly recommend Total Tech Support for all your tech help needs!

Highly recommend Total Tech Support. If you need a calibration or TV install (or both.) you will save big time by having this service. This service has literally saved me over a thousand dollars in just one year because of the discounted services you get the Total Tech Support. Have the Best Buy rep. tell you about it.
