What would I do without Geek Squad? For the most part, they are incredibly helpful and efficient.

helpful when I needed them. If you work all the time, the scheduling is not practical. Neglected to tell me that the appt time was only to get you information to drop off merchandise and not to fix it. You have to come back the next day at appt time to pick up. Don't think it is a fast service but the manager took care of it.

This is my second year purchasing Total Tech Support. This is a wonderful investment because all of my major appliances are covered through this plan even the ones that I did not purchase from Best Buy will still be converted. I can have any and all computers checked out by the Geeksqad. Total Tech Support is the best!

It is very assuring to know you have a plan that you can use to call on in-home support (or over the phone) whenever you need it. Not only that, but you get additional discounts for other services as well. Since I have no technical skills, I feel comfortable with my purchases knowing I can call for assistance when I need it.

I have had good service with Geek Squad agents and have had them set up computers for me in the past. I was not fully satisfied with my most recent experience. Instead of having me put my Microsoft account ID on it before they did the setup work, they created a new holding ID which blocked me from reaching my 365 and One Drive apps.

This is one of those things that even if you only use it once during the year, it is still well worth the cost. If you only need to have your computer cleaned up once a year it will still be cheaper to have this service. If you need to have major work done on your computer(s), then it is very well worth the subscription price.

There is nothing like having technical experts at your fingertips when you have problems. That is how I view Total Tech Support. They are always there to help with solving problems as well as to give good advice. I recommend this service to all who value the use of reliable technology.

I believe in insurance. So Tech Support is a must.
