Great and fast service for all my computer repair needs.

Whenever I take my computers in for help no matter how tech dumb I am, I am treated with utmost respect and given full attention to meeting my specific needs. I can ask any question and they answer patiently and courteously in clear and understandable ways. They are always there when I need them.

Love being a total tech member for the discounts on merchandise, installations and also on the protection and upgraded return policy. It’s a little pricey but can come in handy if you like shopping at Best Buy.

Saved money using this plan. Qualified techs (most important to me) came out to install my new whole house WiFi system and reconnect my devices. Also saved on the purchase of a new microwave and getting it installed under the Total Tech Support Plan. Calls to tech support have also saved me a trip to Best Buy. Renewed for second year.

I love the Geek squad. No matter how careful you are, a bug can show up and totally shut you down. They are always there to assist in getting my equipment up and running again. I have very few problems with any of the other equipment I have covered under my agreement but feel confident I would get the same service.

Getting to an actual technical support person can be a challenge but once you get to the technical support they are very good. The initial customer service people who answer the phone up to this point have not been knowledgeable enough about their own services and have tried to tell me that I'll just need to have someone come out to my home (and pay for it) to resolve the issue. After insisting that I speak to technical support, each issue has been resolved.

This is an essential purchase for anyone these days!

Total Tech Support is the best service from Geek Squad

I used my total tech support several times last year.

Not what it used to be able to your home audio, video, tv, cellphone, computer,laptop and various other electronics products with ease. Now they charge more and depending onthe defects or repairs it the process is a bit more complicated. But, if you want peace of mind knowing that your purchase is then this might be the was to go.

Don't know if I like it or not. I've never had to use it.

I doubted if I would use this service when I purchased it. I use it all the time. The squad has been to my home to fix problems. The technicians are knowledgeable , professional and easy to work with. I am a senior, senior citizen and they are very patient with me.

Great service and it pays for itself in warranty discounts and in knowing you have their support whenever you need it. Plus, they honor the service agreements well, and even give you big discounts on in home service. Also get an included virus and firewall protection for all of your computers.
