    I like this total tech program because it saves me money and time! I never have to “ search “ for a repair person - for any appliance or computer or printer. I jus phone Geek Squad! Aloha, Dr Wellein

    Love the in-home service. Not so much having to deal with overseas agents that don't speak english very well. I will recommend people use the in-home service - not calling overseas unless they are really computer literate and can push these people to resolve the problem.

    I like the total tech service we always receive but this time , during data transfer they forgot to tell us temporary password and had to go back next day , i felt my time was wasted by them not telling me about temp password they placed

    my wife recommended we get total tech support. Up until the pandemic TTS was a help. Once the stay at home started I couldn't get help. My printer crashed in March & I needed to fix it or buy another. I tried to contact Geek squad to have this repaired if possible. Nothing. No store no in-home. Finally, the restrictions started to lift so I called for an in-store appointment. I met with a salesperson & purchased a new printer. I tried for 3 months to get tech support at home without success. I feel I paid for a 1 year contract with TT support, but haven't been able to use the service for 3 months. I know it isn't Best Buy's fault, but I lost 3 months under the contract. I'm not happy. I don't think the customer should bear the loss. I think it is reasonable to extend my Total Tech Support contract for three months. I've been a loyal elite customer for over 10 years and I'd appreciate a little consideration in return. Thanks for listening.

    Total Tech Support is essential to someone like me who is a bit technically challenged. The phone support is handy, but when possible, I prefer the in-store assistance as all your Geek Squad members are exceptional. They do a great job of explaining things clearly. Thank you!!!

    I use this program all the time. It paid for itself when I moved into my new house having to install four TVs along with sound bars. Geek Squad is awesome to have your side when technologically challenged.

    I have used a number of technologies to ensure computer security. This service covers all my devices and I find it a far better service for this reason. More especially because my technical skills are good, but limited.

    I can’t say enough about the great tech support I have received over the years for the Total Tech Support team. They have helped me with my IPad, laptop, my new IPhone, and most recently, my Blink camera system. Well worth the yearly cost to join the plan.

    I like having Total Tech Support, which I have had for several years. The Geek Squad guys have installed and/or fixed several things on my iMac, printers, and ROKU streaming device. Total Tech Support has saved me money on installations & repairs.

    I've actually had Total tevh support for at least 3 years and can't imagine not having it formy fesktop, tablet, tvs, printer, etc. And I've used it for all of these items, eitheronline, inhouse visit, or in store service. Very reassuring for this low tech person to be able to easily access professional help.

    I have had Geek Squad since I bought my laptop 3.5 years ago. 2 x a year they go through it all the programs. Update them all. They go through the hard drives clean up all un needed files and cookies . This time there was a newer version of Windowes for my HP laptop. They downloaded Windowes 10.

    Having spent so much at Best Buy this past year, I decided to go for Total Tech Support as well. I have needed them to come out to the house on two occasions and this paid for the cost. Beyond that, the attention I received from the Geek Squad as a result of being a member added even more value.

    Great package deal. Comes with Webroot security protection, and also limited protection on any tech purchases (devices, games, etc.). I've had to take my PC in for basic service before (repairs, component replacements, etc.), prior to having this service, so now it's convenient to know that my tech purchases are now supported by my favorite tech retail store!

    I have never been disappointed with the help I receive from the Geek Squad when calling in and getting my computer "fixed" by working with a technician remotely. We have complete confidence in our Total Tech Support Membership and plan to keep it in place for when we need help.
