Always helpful... when we bring something in to fix

The support team in Overland Park, KS, is impressive. Two gentlemen were able to expedite the return and replacement of a broken device. The device broke one afternoon, and that evening I left the store with a new computer to continue working the following day. AMAZING!

Was unhappy to realize my account autorenewed because I'm that old school type but now am glad it did as it is more convienent. I logged on and made an appointment thru online chat. Very convienent and no waste of my time by showing up when already busy without an appointment.

I have sometimes thought this subscription might be an extravagance, but for someone who knows nothing about the inner workings of computers, there are at least a couple times a year that this protection plan has saved me! Whether it's calling the help line ot taking my computer in, I'm taken care of.

My husband and I are both in our 60’s, so we are thrilled Beat Buy offers total tech support. Our children lead busy lives, so they don’t have the time to run over to our house every time we need tech help. This service helps us with any tech question/assistance u can imagine. We have avoided melt downs many times with Geek Squad’s expertise.

The Geek Squad has saved me numerous times!! Very knowledgeable about what is going on. I live an hour from a Best Buy store and this is a life saver! They can remotely fix anything that is going on. Very friendly service as well.

We had a great experience with our tech Luis Gomez as he installed two 65" TVs and soundbar. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist a couple of clueless retirees and we appreciated his patience. So happy we have Total Tech Support.

Good value. We have several devices at home The kids frequently download stuff and we get viruses so this is good protection to have the only downside is that turnaround time is slow to get your devices back I was disappointed though that at times there Are some associates that are more helpful than others and the consistency of what they are willing to help you with is variable

I can't imagine life without Total Tech Support. It is worth every penny of it. If my computer isn't working correctly, I give Geek Squad a call. The agent will take care of the problem. Many times I have to wait which seems like forever, In the end it's worth the wait. The Geek Squid knows what they are doing.

I was running my own business and relied upon Total Tech Support as my version of an IT department. Since then I have moved on to a different position, but I still keep the Total Tech Support because the benefits are well worth the cost. I would recommend this to anyone.

Don’t use it as much as i use too but have been pleased most of the time. The only thing I have had a problem with is when I have had to call to get support the person on the phone would have an accent and I couldn’t understand them especially if they would talk too fast. Even if a person is knowledgeable one must be able to understand what they are telling you. Other than that I am pleased.

Great plan. This is the third year I've subscribed and I've used it 4 times this year. Laptops (I own six) seem to have bugs and hardware issues... the geek squad finds the problem and has solved the issue.... even if it's not worth it to fix...at least I know the issue and probably won't buy the product again.

Product is Amazing as well as the customer service

This is the best money I spend every year and it's more than made up for the yearly fee. The Geek Squad has helped me with hardware issues, software, increasing my computer speed, checking for viruses. I can't remember how many times I've used them. Can't live without this service.

This item has been an a amazing product for my phone and I highly recommend.
