Overall, unless you really understand digital technology, this is s great value and can quickly pay for itself...if you remember to use it. Screen protectors are installed and other components are installed for free, plus lots of other services if great value A++

I love Total Tech Support. I never have to worry when I have a question or a problem with my devices because I know I have someone to go to. The associates at Best Buy are so helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond that I know my problem will be solved. TTS is peace of mind.

If you have lots of devices around the house that need to work with one another and your not a computer expert, this is a great support system to have. Plus it gets you discounts on certain things at Best Buy. However, it can be difficult to keep track of all of the services available to you and the benefit has not been as good during the Covid restrictions as they were before due to limitations on services.

It's worth getting tech support and there helpful.

After having the Total Tech support I would never even consider not keeping it. I’ve had it at least 3 years. It makes warranties easier, getting in for computer support easier and everything cheaper.,you just can’t beat the discounts and convenience

It's nice to know that there is a quality team to assist with anything techno we have. We have contacted the Geek Squad/Total Tech Support for multiple items, two new PC's, installing a car radio, etc. They were 'Johnny on the spot' with their support and work.

The Total Tech Support Membership is totally worth the price even though it is really expensive especially if you are not tech savvy (which I am not) and use your computer/laptops/TVs, etc a lot!

Absoloute LOVE! They keep me protected. Due to annual membership, they delivered my TV and stand, put both together at no additional cost other than tip which is not required but you will definetly want to.
