This plan definitely pays for itself given all the services and discounts that come with it.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Total Tech Support from Geek Squad. I have had nothing but expert help when I they have corrected issues with my laptop. I am dependent on my computer for a number of tasks, and I can relax now that I know the Tech Support is easily available.

Best support program EVER! I have a challenged adult child and sometimes I have his computer in the shop twice a week. Total tech support is a life saver and the FC store's Geek Squad is off the charts amazing!!!

I've always believed in buying extra protection for electronics and when Best Buy came out with the Total Protection pkg, I jumped right on it. Can't beat the price and the coverages. Also the speed at which they work on your device in the event you need to have it worked on is commendable. I love it and it's very affordable!

I like that I have the option to get help with all my devices with total Tech support!

I relax knowing that all of my products are covered and protected. My only issue is: I am not sure when the renew date is for each item. My membership has paid for itself. When I spilled coffee on my laptop, I was able to get a replacement that same day. TY

This review is for the Clovis store on Herendon Ave. I am very pleased with the service that I have received at this store, everyone is knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with an older lady. Not so happy with Freno River park tect Dept. The sales people in the tv department was very nice.

I’ve always used a private computer tech but his services have become very expensive and his schedule very full. I am beginning my 2nd year with a Total Tech Support Plan, and couldn’t be happier. The tutoring I receive as well as the support/resolution when things go wrong are terrific…On the phone and in the store. It’s a great bang for my buck!

I had to purchase the Geek Squad Total Tech Support for my macbook because anything can happen to my macbook. The price is ok including a bundle discount. I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan for any device because at least your device would cover any accidental damage.

This is a great service offered by Best Buy. I have called for support several times or help with my computer and TV. I was very pleased with the knowledge and skill of the techs who helped me. The wait times were also minimal. I plan to continue renewing annually.

Great support. The geek squad came to my home as scheduled in fact maybe a little earlier answered all my questions and installed my product. His communications technique was outstanding he made sure that I understood how to use the product with such clarity and I really do appreciate this

I am in the IT field but I still cannot get away from having Total Tech Support from Best Buy. Everything pays for itself and they support multiple devices, not just the one purchased with them! They run diagnostics and replace parts needed at a very affordable price. I make sure to recommend this to friends buying from here.
