I don't know why I didn't get Total Tech Support sooner! With all of the services it provides, it almost pays for itself. Not only can I get excellent Geek Squad service on all my products, the Total Tech Support program provided discounts on other items I purchased at Best Buy. It is definitely worth the price!

Total tech support is so worth it because any time you have an issue with any of your devices you bring it to the Geek Squad and they are the best there are the kindest most intelligent guys there and they are so patient with you and they explain everything they're just the best and that's why I pay for total tech support every year.

Well worth every cent. Have taken advantage of the Geeks’ expertise several times - at home, in the store, and by phone. They’ve been professional, knowledgeable, persistent in finding a solution to the problem.

with 3 young children, things are bound to break. This is a no hassle way to receive discounts on warranties, have your computer serviced and more. We bought a couple appliances and the service paid for itself within the first 2 days with the savings on the warranties, installation and computer clean up.

For the price, the services offered are fabulous. We have several computers as well as appliances attached to this plan. Have saved 5X time the annual fee for support. Only drawback, now that we are in the Pandemic, is that service reprove is much slower than previously. However, Still a good value!

Geek Squad is the Best Support Team! I had a serious compromise of my computer. Called Best Buy & the took over my computer & took care of my issue. I never have to leave my home which is amazing to me as Senior! You always leave me with a sense of security & full protection!

I love my Total Tech Support membership. Free delivery. 60 days to return, if need be. Never done it; but gives great comfort if I do. Geek squad help with PC, apps, you name it, included in the price. I have been a member for 4 years now.

Having Total Tech Support is like having a 24 hour Tech and IT guy at my beckon call. Several times I had issues the needed to be addressed immediately AND THEY WERE THERE! THANK YOU GUYS!

You may not need the Geek Squad but once a year, but I feel that the total tech support is worth the price. The total tech support takes over your computer remotely, so you don't have to lug your computer into the local store.

Great value! Have used the tech support many times. Especially useful for transferring data from one computer to another. Had a laptop that no longer functioned but they were able to save the data and transfer to another laptop. Great value if you lack technical skills.

It is great to have support for all of our technology. When I had some TV/Audio/Computer/Internet set-up planning questions, a representative came and looked at what I had and what I needed. He really helped me to understand what products and configuration would work best for me! Thank you!

This is the best protection plan I have. I am reluctant to buy these types of plans because I usually don't think they're worth the price. However, tech support from Geek Squad is terrific. A time and aggravation saver!!
