    Great job installing my new tv. Made it so easy and I didn’t have to know which wires to connect. With my continued tech support I got free delivery the next day and set up

    It’s nice that I can make one payment and that will take care of all my service. I need on my tech equipment. Also, it’s great that they automatically take it out of my checking so I don’t have to worry about it yearly.

    Glad I have Tech Support...went to turn on my newly purchased device and unexpectedly it wouldn’t turn on? It wouldn’t charge or anything. Contacted Geek squad to bring in, turns out something was switched off and was unaware of how it happened. Very glad I have Tech support!

    I do like getting help with my devices, however all I really use it for is my laptop computer. I feel like for myself it's not a good value. They use to have a support program for just computers for less money which for me would be better. If you have a lot of tech it would be worth the cost. I would recomment for a techy, but not for someone who just wants help with your computer.

    Total tech-support is great. They fix anything you need anytime you want it. Also the discounts on TV mountings or service calls is reduced by 50% or more also they give you discounts on delivery of items you buy such as appliances etc. I have had this support for two years and it has paid for itself about five times over

    Total Tech support is a “must have” for us. Needed not only with our computers, but also with our mesh wi-fi, Sonos for sound system, security cameras. Couldn’t be more pleased and with Geek Squad expertise each time we needed it. A very worthwhile support to purchase.

    This plan makes calling for help so easy. Recently Geek fixed my malfunctioning Amazon Fire Stick and they also checked all my Google Mesh points to verify they were working well. One was not set up properly. They have installed our TVs and Ring products. All around great service at a reasonable cost.

    Buying the Total Tech support turned out to be the smartest thing I have ever done. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in installation costs after buying home appliances from Best Buy.

    Having the protection plan is great. I just had a refrigerator issue. Scheduling an in home appointment and getting the issue fixed with no additional cost was great and easy. Knowing that the service covers all of our Besy Buy appliances, computers and a truck navigation system is great.

    I will never be without this membership - it saves me so much money it is ridiculous! I bought several items over the last few months, and this membership gave me 24 months free tech support for my new phone and my new computer! You can't beat that!!

    I have not yet (thankfully) had to use this service - however, it has been applied to ALL of the technology items I have purchased since getting it making my life simply "easier". ALSO, you get special offers for being a subscriber to this - good deals.

    GENERALLY SATISFIED, PARTICULARLY WITH "IN STORE" SUPPORT; HOWEVER, THE STICK IT IN YOUR EAR - WE DON'T CARE ATTITUDE OF THE EVER THE ' PHONE "REMOTE" AGENTS LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED !!!! PRESUMABLY BECAUSE OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE THAT THEY CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED.

    Definitely worth the money! Due to power cord issue, the laptop short circuited or something frying the mother board. Tech support membership identified the root problem and replaced the mother board under the plan. So happy I purchased tech support. Will always get it now.

    I have always purchase the support, as I have found them very helpful, it is always available, and I have never encountered anyone who wasn't willing to help me. I am computer savy when it comes to running programs, not setting up. They are a great help and well worth the money.

    I feel confident that my tech support will come through for me every time. I'm not tech savvy at all and I'm sure my issues are a simple fix, but tech support gets right on it. Their customer service skills are awesome, making me feel there's no problem too small they aren't happy to solve for me.

    IT IS SO WORTH THE PRICE! I love having Total Tech Support, I use it all the time, wether its to help put a screen protector on at no extra cost, getting the support I need for other devices, whatever it is, it is so much better with the TTS. It's worth the yearly cost.
