Total Tech has saved me money on delivery fees, installation fees, I get better perks. It has more than paid for itself since I've had it, and I've had it for 2 - 3 years now. Another good thing, is that it covers YOU, not your "home". So if you are traveling and have an issue, they can still help you out.

I was led to believe that I could get my cameras repaired as well as my other electronic/digital devices. Was later informed, they do provide for the repair of cameras, BUT one pays total cost of third-party work for any repair. I would say, "Buyer Beware". This program seems more like a "Bait n Switch" than a straight forward opportunity for "Total Coverage" of repairing one's equipment.

With all the services provided, it’s well worth the savings. If I have any issues, it’s great to know that total tec support is only a click away. I had a concern about the billing, they were very helpful in getting the issue corrected . I would highly recommend everyone to make this purchase.

This plan definitely removed any worry with buying new technologies!

At first, I thought I had been talked into butting something I didn't really need. But as it turns out, it was money well spent. When I moved, they helped mount my TV and set up my audio in the new house. The techs were very respectful and got the job done in a fairly good time.

This plan has been very useful. They helped me when the computer was hacked. They spent hours on it, Geek squad helpful when coming to home to set up equipment, resolve problems, working me through issues on devices and helping with getting the correct item for devices. Very well satisfied.

When I was in the market to upgrade my laptop, I was a little nervous about getting everything set-up the way I was used to with my old computer. Getting the tech support was a great investment for me as they helped me move over all of my files, internet bookmarks, photos, etc, for a decent price. For those that need a little extra help with their electronics should check into this extra service.

I am always doing something that is getting me into trouble with the computer and I have to get the tech support team to help me out to get my computer back on the right track. So having this kind of help for me is the best that could be out there to buy. I use it constantly.

It's so nice to know that there is something to help with all the tech problems that seem to find there way into your life. I have the choice to bring the problem in to the store of have a remote person fix it right at home. So nice and takes away a lot of the stress these issues cause.

I love my protection plan. Full time at work and full time at college. I don't have time to deal with these things so I let Geek Squad do it. They did for my laptop and another device I owned. No charge. Other than doing the work yourself, can't beat that.

Everyone that works in the SB store is incredibly helpful, i really appreciate all the time they take to help me with my rig. Seems like I was coming in weekly at one point and it was always a fast easy process and works get my PC back in working order very quickly. Much appreciated!

I couldn't live without this service. they help configure my Phillips sync lights. I would have been lost and would have returned it without this support. Plus the extended return option allows me to keep track of price drops and receive matching.

Does everything that I expected and am pleased with help

I continue to buy things from Best Buy because of the Total Tech Support of the Geek Squad. I know little of inner workings of electronics and am always pleased to know that whatever the problem, I know who to call and where to go to get it fixed.

I have used the service in a few different states over the years. It's a huge convenience to be able to use these services in different locations when traveling. I have renewed my 'membership' several times and plan to continue using Geek Squad Total Support in the future.

Bought this when I had a problem with a Microsoft update that erased my data. The Geek Squad did bring back most if my pictures and documents, and I am forever grateful. I have used them several other times since then and have been pleased. I think I will just let it keep renewing automatically. Geek Squad rocks!
