I have interacted with the Geek Squad in the store, and also on the telephone. They have never let me down! They have always resolved every problem I have had. They are extremely knowledgeable. Also, they are very patient with me, even when I am freaking out!! The Geek Squad will always have your back!

Geek Squad has been great support for my computer needs that is available online remotely 24/7. Recently I had an issue with keyboard 'locking up' that could not be resolved remotely, but I was able to get an appointment in store for 'hands on' attention. Geek Squad quickly restored keyboard function & are always friendly & readily answer my questions.

This plan has paid for itself many times. We try to make all of our electronic/appliance purchases at Best Buy because of Total Tech Support. It has been a challenge to get appointments for on-the-spot help in-store during Covid, but hopefully it will get better as time goes on. Very pleased overall.

I've had this tech support for over a year and I've certainly gotten my $200.00 worth. I've had them install two Ring Doorbells, one for me and one for my girlfriend. They not only installed them, but, paired them up with our cell phones and Alexa Gadgets. We've also gotten free anti virus software that's included in the annual deal. I'm going to keep this support as long as Best Buy keeps offering it!!

Having this yearly Total Tech Support has come in handy more than I realized it would. For the price it's amazingly affordable. I had them come out to set up my brand new TV when I purchased it. They bought the TV with them. I also had them install my Ring Doorbell and they also showed me all the features and how to work it. It's so easy to make an appointment and have them come out at my convenience. What a fantastic service!

If you buy any electronics or appliances from Best Buy, you need to have Total Tech Support. This is the main reason I purchase mostly everything through Best Buy. The benefits on pricing, coverage, installation and troubleshooting is more than worth the price! I've had a few things installed and I've never had an issue. This is definitely a MUST!

Best purchase we have ever made!! I usually turn these things down thinking we won't use it very often. Boy was I wrong. We have used this membership so many times- hang two TVs, program a digital remote, tech support for my son's gaming computer- 3 times, and so much more! Definitely worth it if you aren't totally tech savvy, but have lots of tech in your life.

I first purchased this membership when upgrading my outdated computer. I scheduled an appointment with a Geek Squad pro to address the best way to transfer the old files from my old computer to the new one. In minutes, the tech not only started the process, but reviewed the procedure with me in a simple, straight-forward way that even I could understand. If you aren't a computer expert, no worries. this service will prove invaluable.

Total Tech is totally (pun intended) worth the money. They have been available, professional, & knowledgable with any & all my problems. When their was an issue they immediately took the item back in & corrected any & all problems. Technology is too expensive these days to be without some protection.

I like knowing I have this protection as a solid foundation to fall back on if needed. Thank goodness I didn’t have to use it, but I feel extra secure about having this plan. I buy all of my appliances and any type of technology or video game systems/software always at Bestbuy. It’s worth every cent to feel that the “just in case if anything happens” day comes around than I am fully protected.

Having Total Tech Support allowed me to receive service for a problem I was having with my 65" TV recently. My subscription was up for renewal 5 days prior to the problem starting. It reminded me of the importance of renewing my membership subscription. I am happy with the memebership and appreciate Total Tech Support!

Total Tech Support is a wonderful service. Although it seemed pricey at the time, we have found it to be invaluable for us. And it's paid for itself over and over again. I highly recommend this service for older folks who are less technologically inclined. Like Us! Geek Squad in Avon has helped us, tremendously. They are patient, kind and very professional!

I like having a total protection plan from Geek Squad. it makes me feel safe and I always have someone to help me when things are not going well and I know I will not be overcharge or scammed by people I do not know as I feel Geek Squad protection plan has my best interest in mind and it is priced reasonably.

Well worth the price of membership. first time I used it to fix my all in one PC desktop, worked well for 3 years. Then same issue resurfaced, took it back in for another fix, they told me they can't, it's a junk out. Gave me a new computer, got a new free laptop. Second time I used it to replace my free laptop's battery, this part was fine, then when I received the laptop back I saw that my laptop was scratched and dented from the service center. I sent it back to them, it's currently en route for a 2nd fix to their service center.

I bought a new Sony TV from Best Buy and I also got total tech-support. BB delivered and installed my TV on my old wall mount. Because I had total tech delivery and install was free! Essentially the cost of total tech paid for itself when my TV was installed. Plus there’s a lot of other great benefits. Highly recommend. You can't beat BB customer service.

I was reluctant to purchase Total Tech Support figuring it would cost more than it was worth. Unfortunately I've had to replace 3 major appliances and with Total Tech Support paid nothing for installation. Also, I've used the Computer Geeks on multiple occasions. I am so happy with Best Buy's support, that I extended my membership for a second Year.

The updated Total Tech Plan is great to protect your devices. If you buy other items. It saves you money, you get an additional year coverage included in the plan. Total Tech members also get priority for service needs. I suggest you consider this plan, it has been good for me.

I tend to be a bit backward in very technical things and have had some problems with my computers. I called and an appointment was set for the next day. Not only was the problem solved but there was some useful teaching done. When I bought the Total Tech Support I thought that the one on one 30 minutes was a one time thing. Now I know that I can avail myself of it as often as I wish. This is surely a good deal.
