I have had the total tech support powered y Geek Squad for several years. Every year I take m three lap tops, two Ipads, for cleaning and repairs If I need a part, they will let me know right away. very happy with this service. my iwatch is also included in this plan

I was so hesitant to get this but I am so glad I am so glad I did. It really pays for it self when you need things done around the house or buy merchandise. I had bought a new washer and dryer set and I paid no install fee or setup fee or a haul away fee and I got a discount on the geeksquad. Yeah love it

Total Tech SUpport has been a life saver for my family and I. I can't count the number of times that they have helped one of us get our computers to start operating correctly. They were even able to help me solve an issue generated by Windows 10 and not supported by the ancillary equipment manufacturer.

With all the included services associated with total tech support was a good investment for just in case technical difficulties. Although I hadn’t needed to use it at all this past year, I’m thankful it auto renews. Yes, a notice is sent in advance. Few years ago, I made a very large purchase and purchased an extended tech support plan good for 1 year. I chose note to renew when that time came. Big mistake! Main reason to auto renew and no lapse with the plan, 1 gives you options for discounted pricing and rewards. But more importantly, you’ll never find that same plan for the original promotional price later. If you need help, after your plan expired , although many options are available and good plans. Had you auto renew it would have save me more money stress and time. Great value for the money. Highly recommend even if you don’t use it. I’ve been told, it works on any computer, tv and phones in your home regardless of where you purchased and age if product. Definitely going to explore other benefits that are included in the annual tech support plan.

This a great service for my computers which I had to use a lot this year because Microsoft is updating windows 10 to future windows 11 and eac time Microsoft did their updates it totally messed up my computer. And with the geek Squad service they fixed my computer each time.

I was hesitant at first but I am so glad that I signed up for Total Tech Support Membership. I had some computer issues and the technicians were able to get me up and running . Next, I used them for problems with my TV and they came to my house and fixed my issues. Well worth the price.

The tech support I believe is a must have! It’s better to be safe than be mad because it would cost an arm and leg to get something fixed. Or if you have your computer hacked or slow down tech is at your finger tips. Great tips and support from them!

Best Buys Total Tech Support is second to none. I always get answers to any questions, their staff is friendly, phone support is Exceptional & when I need work done at their store it's done right & they explain everything & how it operates. I recently renewed because of their excellent service.

I like the plan Geek Squad came homy home to set up my printer and my laptops so we can print from them. The Geek agent who showed up was know what he was doing and answered all my questions. we all take our laptops to the store for service.

Total Support is the best thing for me! I can just go online, chat with a Tech, and they can, in just a matter of minutes, correct any issue I may have with all of my computers. They keep my computers running faster and with Webroot, my computers are always running their best! Highly recommend them!

I had the gentlemen from the Geek Squad install my new flat screen TV, sound bar and Blue Ray DVD player. They made the great suggestion to have the sound bar mounted under the TV. They were courteous and professional in their work. They answered all my questions and were quite helpful.

Had Total Tech for a year when I bought a new computer. It was nice peace of mind, and nice to use for all other devices and equipment. I used it to have a gps installed in my car, just the cost of the equipment, free service. The only thing is, after it expired, I think it was too pricey for the few times I would use it. If you use it often, it's probably worth it. I would recommend if you use it a lot.

Always good to know my major appliances are protected. Have had three service calls all taken care of even through the pandemic, and had my service agreenents extended at no charge due to pandemic.

My Mac book was on a verge of failing on me. I didn’t know what to do until I did research & found out Geek squad could help me. They where very helpful from beginning to end. They did an amazing job & brought my Mac book back to life. Which I need because I use it daily.

I always want to make sure that My equipment has some kind of warranty coverage I had to take my lap top that was new and they checked it and fixed right there on the store as I was sitting next to the very smart lady. I am glad that I purchased the Tech support membership.

Have used services several times. Phone consult for PC problems has been useful. Have saved money by using reduced cost for product install. For example had Bestbuy install smart TV which I could likely have done but I benefited from having technicians in home to make adjustments and answer questions.

What a great value and exceptional service day or night. I've talked to a number of Agents over the years and have appreciated their attitude and expertise. If they don't know the answer they find someone who does. I'll renew again this year for three years in a row!

I have been using this support for several years, actually it had been very exceptional when I have needed help with my computers except for the last year in the last year I have been disappointed due to the lack of people which speak fluent English vocabulary passing this overseas to be done with my computers. I do not agree with and also I do not agree with taking jobs from people within the United States. I do have two renew my contract which I probably will, but with in the next time. It does not change. I will have to reconsider I would also like to say I quit using the technical support from you people for my TVs because it is easier for me to get help from my friends and neighbors to get the assistance I need whenever I call them the first thing they wanted to send somebody to my home and charge me money for this. I do not agree with that, especially when purchasing a team that costs several dollars. As you know, I am very disappointed in that is why I no longer use that service

We have had tech-support going on three years now and love that we can bring any peace equipment under it in for repair, and there is no charge in labor
