This is good and have used it in the past. I haven't needed any repairs lately. Put is nice to have, when I do have a reason to bring in my laptop. Later on, when Windows 11, is available, I may need their assistance getting it installed as a clean install.

Customer service was excellent. After I made a stupid mistake she looked at my computer and was able to ease my mind. Told me they'll keep my computer overnight and have the techs do a sweep. Next day I was all good.

I'm only giving this 5 stars because I didn't need to use if for anything to be able to give it a true rating. I suppose that's a good thing?

After the geek squad failed to meet the window of service by 3 hours and cost me time at work when they did show up Max and Joe did a good jo b. Jordan who was supposed to do the visit at least contacted Joe and Max. Your scheduling process is lousy!!

The tech that installed my Webroot was a total knowledgeable person. He answered questions I had about several different things. I am happy with the membership that renews once a year. I do not have to worry about went to renew. It is automatic.

Best Buys Geek squad are the best , They are always friendly and when I get flustered because I have no idea what they are talking about they always are calm and friendly and usually get me to understand what they are talking about. I love Best Buys and the Geek Squad,

Called Tech support to get advice and they confirmed-I was trying to be scammed.

The technician from the Geek Squad who installed and transferred my data from an old computer to a brand new Lenova computer was helpful, efficient, supportive and did a perfect job. He also helped me understand some new programs and how to access all my folders and data.

This is a great service for the people who need it. I buy this for my parents every year and they get a lot of use out of it. The only thing I would add is for this to include in home service as well. Due to Covid my parents don't want to go out to stores as much anymore.

The Total Tech Support gives us peace of mind. I can make an appointment the same day and on they repair our computers or install upgraded components. They plans does much more, but we haven't needed parts of the plan as of yet.

I don't want to be without Total Tech Support. This was a renewal. My email address was released over a year ago, and I went straight to Best Buy after changing my password. They were a life saver. I've also saved on purchasing a protection plan due to my Total Tech Support.

This is my second year with Best Buy Total Tech Support. Covers more than just the pc, other electronic devices are also included. Having someone as knowledgeable as the Geek Squad is huge. computer crashes, bringing up lost files, numerous scenarios at one fixed price.

Put in a home theater and bought this thinking it might be something we never used but actually had three different issues, two installations and one remote issues, where this was so helpful to have. They came out and helped with what we needed! Will definitely renew

It’s been easier to operate my computer with your help. However, the only thing you all do seems to be the cleaning of my computer. I have ask y’all to wxx xx plain a few things to me as I can’t quite understand some features. It’s probably my age and the impatience of your youthful techs. However... I d DD o need assistance and that is why I pay for this service.

I LOVE my Total Tech Support Team, it's like having my own private IT staff, which I used to have before I retired! Every representative has been proficient, patient, and instructive, and very pleasant to talk to about any of my questions.

I brought my windows 7 computer in because even though I removed almost everything from the computer, I had very little space left on the hard drive. Only 34 gigabytes were free. Terry took it in the back and ran a program that showed all the hidden files that shouldn’t be on the computer. After clearing it I had 485 gigabytes free out of 585 gigabytes! It was like getting a new computer!

it's okay to have this they help me to my gadgets if there's a problem

I have used TTS for installing a TV on my living room wall, doing work on my computer that required work that I could have messed up. It is working well now. I will be using them again soon to install a new TV so I can move the other TV to a different location in the house.

The Geek Squad and this program is the best protection money can buy! I don’t care what problem I may or may not have they are always there to talk me through whatever issues that I might have. They stand behind what they advertise!

I would not go without this! a little pricy BUT its much better to have this on hand becuzz then theres no out of pocket expense and you continually get additional discounts on some products.
