It’s helpful if something is wrong with anything you need fix. I have not had any issues with my computer so I havnt gotten to use the tech support. But they’re extremely helpful and I’m glad I purchased it because I can go to them if something happens.

I like the fact that I have tech support at all times and that maintenance of my computer is free. I also enjoy the discounts on other various services that Best Buy offers. I have had tech support for about 5 years now and will keep it as long as I own a computer.

I absolutely love this plan! I renew it every year because I know that I will need some type of work done on my computers. It is very helpful to have someone available to assist me with issues revolving technology that I actually have in home and in my car.

I will always make sure I have it, the geek squad has helped me with computers of of mine and saved me from large expenses! So glad I purchased TTS. It's saved me on my car stereo and speaker installation. I've brought in all of my OLD laptops to be reviewed and examined. $200 is a reasonable price for these benefits. Plus they have reduced costs for home installation of things. You really can't beat it.

Even if you think you won’t need this - just try it. I have used the total tech for all the products I have bought - even ones I gave my mom in another state. Plus the now automatic warranty coverage on my purchases is a great deal.

it may cost 200 dollars but the value you are getting from this service is hundreds more, i fixed at least seven devices with no service fee, I installed new speakers and a new touch screen radio with no service fee, if you were to go to a mechanic and install it he would get $150 on the spot.

I love my smart home. It makes the days go by much better. However I am not very good at doing it. I have to call on Total Tech Surport quiet often. They are very knowledgeable about most anything that you point them at. I can't recommend them enough.

With all the services I get with my plan, I don't have to worry. If something pops up on my laptop and I don't know what to do, I just take it into the store. It's usually spam but I can't tell. It has saved me more money than the initial cost. I will be renewing this service every year!

If you want to make sure that everything is up to par in your electronics world, look no further. I purchased this support based on the fact that this is now my 5th time purchasing tech support from Best Buy. For $49.00 per visit, they can get a lot done, and their isn't a time restriction.

I rely on the Geek Squad and have been happy that I chose to sign up for this service. They are just a phone call away and offer professional and friendly tech support in home or by phone and they just make your tech world less frustrating - lol. I have had this service for years and highly recommend it.

This plan has saved me hours and dollars to have. I have used it on all my computers and when something went wrong I could take it to the store and have them fix it for me. The tech will tell you exactly what is wrong if you are not sure and in most cases will fix it while you wait.

This is a no brainer yes I understand when you are spending 1000 or more dollars on one trip to add $250 is not what you want to do but over the course of the year if you buy TVs or any electronics this pays for itself and one TV hanging
