Since I’m not the most technological person, I appreciate being able to get tech support when I need it. It is definitely worth it to me. I’ve used it to get help with my new laptop and with setting up my HP printer. Could not have done it myself.

I have used this service so many times weather it was just a simple phone call to Tech or made an appointment to have something serviced, Or house call. I wouldn’t be without this. It pays for itself.

I will have this service as long as I have electronics. I’m not tech savvy so I consider the membership as an insurance policy. If I don’t use it oh well, because it’s cheaper than finding someone unknown to work on my items.

I feel very comfortable with this protection plan and it gives me the assurance that I can bring my computers in for clean up and evaluation throughout the year. I have found the Geek Squad to be very knowledgeable and I rely on them for many product recommendations.

This plan pays for itself in many ways. It’s such a good security to have when you need help they are there. They set up our television and sound bar and even set up our tv in the bedroom. They are very helpful and friendly. They got everything done for us , no way would we have been able to do it.

We joined Total Tech Support two years ago and been very satisfied with the Web Root security for our computers. In addition, they installed our new 85" television and moved our older tv to another room, no charge, no hassle.

I would not be without my Geek Squad, total tech support. It is easy to get an appointment and the people who work there are so very helpful and friendly. They understand that I do not understand and are very patient with me.

Geek Squad membership gives a great peace of mind, and quick knowledgeable service. I have only had stellar experiences and great service from Geek Squad. They were able to retrieve all of my data from three different hard drive that failed to boot for me. Money well spent.

I have called for home support twice since purchasing my computer system at Best Buy almost 2 years ago. I appreciate the knowledgeable tech person who comes to my house. The service is super. Even my phone call questions are handled quickly.

Ryan Titterington helped save my poor opinion of Best Buy. He fixed my order, professionally hung my TVs (one was on a tile wall) and was quite courteous about everything. Best Buy, you need to hold on to the knowledgeable employees in the Geek Squad.

I couldn't live without this product! The agents in the store are so helpful, as are the agents at the 800 desk. I'm not very computer savvy, so I rely on them to help me even with the smallest questions I have and, of course, the annual update for my computer

I use this every year to keep my products working properly and have my devices set up professionally. There are a lot more that comes with their services that I haven't used yet as in free car stereo hook ups or at a low fee. It doesn't even have to be bought by best buy.

Very satisfied with total tech support. Every problem I’ve encountered they have fixed in a timely fashion. I bought a new laptop at Best Buy’s & they transferred my files, erased all files on old laptop, disposed of it & gave me old hard drive to destroy

service representative was courteous on time professional answered all questions and even returned an hour later when I had a question about water pressure in sink following the dishwasher installation because of this tech support I would not hesitate to use Best Buy in future.

It’s a no brainer to sign up for Total Tech when purchasing any product. Saves money and even more when you buy add’l products from BBuy during the Total Tech Plan coverage period.

This protection plan was God sent! I must have used it 15 times or more in the time that ive had it. The tech support started knowing me by name. Each time i came in they gave me great customer service and addressed all of my concerns.

We will always have total tech support. We have purchased many appliances and a couple of remote car starters that delivery and installation have been free since having the membership. And we have support on any tech device in our home.

Such a valuable service for people like me who don't want to have to deal with the details of getting new tech up and running... an ever ongoing cycle of new computers, TVs, audio, mobile, etc. Excellent price value as well.
