If you are not a "techie" the Geek Squad is a tremendous benefit to have. They troubleshoot a wide variety of issues, courteous, friendly, and always helpful. A comfort knowing you can go to the store, call, or chat via internet and get the help you need on technical issues.

I am sure this would be great for me alone, but the fact that it can be used for my household is fantastic. I have also gotten great value from installations (appliances) and discounts on extended warranty protection. Basically it pays for itself and beyond each year.

The tech staff at best buy is great. Although you really need an appointment, often times if you're willing to wait a bit, they can take a quick question or two. Either way I've always walked out with a satisfied feeling.

This is worth every penny spent. The Geek Squad is there 24 hours, 7 days and they are excellent; they will get your product working perfectly guaranteed. They got my printer correctly setup with my WiFi.

Awesome service plan sold by Best Buy, we are covered for all PC & electronic needs new purchases or old models that need service. Includes 24x7 live phone coverage is an issues arise on one of our laptops or desktops.

I don’t know how I got along before purchasing the Total Tech Plan. There is no problem too big or too small for them. They have fixed a faulty computer, initiated a new computer, fuxed our at-home appliances, and given us great advice every time.

As we are aging we find ourselves doing less and less "do it yourself" projects. This plan has more than paid for itself in that we get amazing discounts on service plans, installations, and in-home services. On our new TV this meant a savings of several hundred dollars.

Will exercise in January 2022. The product protection plan for $9 if needed is better than paying for each individual item. Could pay for itself if protection is exercised on a device. Will see if the plan provides new razor blades for my Norelco for $9. Old protection plan provide new razor blades.

I don’t have to be tech savvy! total tech support has me covered! Wether it’s a computer virus or a cracked phone screen, I’m greeted with a happy face and a repaired device! Shipping is always free, delivery, set up and clean up is always taken care of!

We originally purchased the tech support membership in 2020. This is an outstanding service and saved us money overall. We have used them so many times for both installation and support! Even during lockdowns they helped us via telephone. A smart buy!

I appreciate all that is included with this. I love being able to just bring in my computers and get them checked "just in case" -- also, I like the availability of things like in-home set up and repairs, and the online computer assistance. It's a great idea, and a good deal.

This protection plan was a money saver. We have visited the Geek Squad on several occasions for iPhone and IPad questions. They always have a solution even if it is for a ‘stupid’ question!

Have not had a chance to use all the features included in this but very useful antivirus is included and as appliances before older I’m sure this will come in handy. However it has less restrictions than the extended warranty.

We've had a tech support membership for years & have always been happy with the service. I like how the agents quickly understand an issue & can safely remote in. It takes the stress of a technical problem.

Really great plan to have on the items you buy at Best Buy plus getting installation for free. We have had it now for 2 years and came in handy when we moved and have to set up our house again with tvs, internet, refrigerator etc

This was returned as I had just bought a new laptop and the salesperson went ahead and charged me about three days before the renew was due. Just not enough time for BB to not charge me a second time. But I do love the total tech plan.
