I've had Total Tech Support for many years. They have worked on my laptops, my desktops, my TV and some of them multiple times over the years. I've never had need to complain about their service.

We have had Total Tech Support powered by Geek Support for four years now. I am happy to pay the yearly because we use it! We are pleased with the agents that help us with problems with our devices - we have several -and have always found them to be courteous and thorough.

We enjoy this program, as it includes cheaper installation and warranty pricing. We feel that it works well for us with all of our many devices from laptops to watches to hair dryers to gaming equipment, TVs etc. We would recommend this service. They are prompt and courteous.

The Best Buy Tech Support is great. I do not have to worry if my individual tech support is expiring. This is especially true of the several pieces of tech and associated software I had purchase throughout. I was always worried if they were expiring.

Total Tech support is great when shopping for a new TV they help us find the prefect system for your home. Came out to the house and installed the new system for free. Thanks BB

I need help with my products as I am not tech savvy. and the times that I must seek assistance. I must say that Geek Support has always been excellent and very professional at all times. I must commend the GEEK support received at Richland Twp Best Buy as OUTSTANDING.

Total tech is so worth the price. When I had needed help with a home install, it almost paid for itself. Plus the tech people are savvy and I can schedule the appointments in store when they cannot fix a problem over the internet.

I had been purchasing individual protection on 3 computers before Totsal Tech was available. I get more protection and great service for less than I was paying. Now it is Renew, not New. Highly Recommend it.

Really good service great plans I really do say yeas for the service at a time is not bad the price of $199.99 but in another way it is pricey sometimes specially when we’re on a low budget but it’s great deal wish if they lower Dow or at least when we renew just opinion thanks

This year has been unusual to have the ability to get help from the geek squad. The closure of the store has required that you make a 30 minute appointment to go over any issues. I needed help and the tech said he wasn’t sure how to fix the problem. He did his best in the allotted time and not until I got home did I realize the problem “reappeared”.

I liked getting this support plan because I am not a tech savvy person and I need all the help I can get and the Geek Squad has been very helpful! The Geek Squad protection plan is worth the money you have to pay for it!

I liked saving on my protection plan and I like having them come and help me with any of my devices. They are all great and everyone should be a member.

With all the services with this plan it pays for itself. They were great at setting up my pc and explained everything I needed to know. I know if I have a problem I can go to them for help and they will come through with the right help. I highly recommend this plan

I called because I bought a few new items that I wanted help with. Calling tech support was so easy and the person who assisted us was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We are now getting another TV mounted in our home for $50! That’s such a saver!

Total Tech Support gets you a few perks with Best Buy. I have used it for computer set up, tv installation and even a dryer repair. Plus I’ve been able to get an answer to most questions with one call. So far it has been a value to me.
