Total Tech Support is great; I use them frequently, whenever I have an issue with my technology. They will spend as much time as necessary to solve my problems. It's just a matter of a phone call to get things done; I don't even have to leave my house.

so I got this for my MacBook and it already has paid for it self it works for video games laptops if you buying anything with protection it takes money off it trust its worth it and I always say if you buy anything that is over $150-$200 buy the protection plan

Money well spent. I renew every year. It has been five years now. I moved and it saved me hundreds of dollars as I had 6 tvs installed in my home all new appliances (with installation) and..... worked on my numerous electronic devices. A good product.

Total tech support is the way to go in order to protect and service all the technology in your home. They make you feel like first class with how fast they can help you and get things back in order. It is well worth the price for this peace of mind.

This service is worth every penny spent. We have had to use the service both via telephone & in home. The agents are very knowledgable. They are very respectful when they enter your home. The on line chatting is helpful as well when they are linked in to your computer.

I have been annual Total Tech Support member for many years, and each year they do an awesome job. I just had a Geek Squad profession do an in-home evaluation on a new large screen TV with surround sound and he couldn't have been nicer and extremely helpful.

I’ve been using the total tech support for the past 3 years. They have installed all our TV’s and sound systems in our new home. Total tech support are very knowledgeable on all services they provide.

Would not be without Total tech support. I am not tech savvy, don’t have to be with total tech support just a phone call away. Total tech never disappoints

I use this service often, and have been happy with the support. The only drawback I have seen is the long wait times on occasion. I usually plan my service calls about 2:30 am, this seems to make the response time quicker.

The Best Buy Total Tech Support program is the best tech and support program out there. It has served our home audio/visual and computer/IT needs extremely well so far. Great customer service so far.

This tech support takes care of all your devices such as computer, tv's, etc. I wouldn't buy any items from Best Buy without this protection. Also provides Geek Squad support. We have always taken the tech support.

I absolutely love having total tech support even though at first I thught it was a bit expensive and that I might not use it but I have found I use it a lot! It definitely is worth getting for all the benefits it offers!

I love this service! It has paid for itself and more with free delivery, free tv mounting, haul away, microwave installation, and reduced fee extended warranties. If you buy a lot of electronics, this service is well worth the price.

I like that I can bring in my computer’s and out dated Media to have my pics and videos backed up on my external hard drive at no charge. Customer support has been very helpful and easy to deal with. I also love the discounts I receive for having the membership.

Basically happy with it, but am disappointed that phone support is not what it used to be. Used to be able to call and get help, but lately it's just a complete waste of time. No help at all. No choice but to make appointment and go in store

Geek squad has helped us with multiple issues: From moving files over to new PC, installing radio and back up camera in truck, cleaning old PCs viruses and extended warranty on items purchased.
