As I age, I have accepted the fact that technology is quickly outpacing my abilities. It is comforting to know that I can go online or make an appointment to have my concerns and questions answered. Also, having a pro set things up for me is a life saver.

I love the secure feeling I have with the Total Tech Support membership. It’s a bit pricey but I value my products I’ve purchased and appreciate the fact that I can schedule an appointment to solve any problems that arise.

HAVE USED THIS MANY TIMES BUT FIND IT HARD TO GO ONLINE AND GET HELP. I Have been told conflicting things to resolve my problems in the past, Prefer going into store and get much better help,

Really real worth every dollar for Total Tech Support. Have used it three times since purchasing it and the techs totally support you and deliver. Highly recommend this membership to a friend despite longer than desirable phone waiting times.

Only gave 4 stars. Because of our situation. COVID. People are very knowledgeable. I have mostly all Apple and its great that they have staff that are apple certified. I'm looking forward to being able to make appointments down the road but all and all. Very happy with all that have helped me. Also I'm learning through them.

I like being able to bring in all of my devices to one company. So that I keep everything under the same security and repair umbrella. And with Nationwide locations I can always find one near me no matter what state I move to.

The scheduling was very tedious constantly being put on hold and repeating myself. The actual installation was good. The services are over priced.?The 2 technicians were professional & courteous. They were safe & did there job quickly. Although I think Geek Squad services are clearly overpriced considering you pay a large a

geek squad's total tech support is awesome. they always help

The tech that installed our computer was great, very efficient and knowledgeable. Totally understood our lack of computer knowledge. Good guy, would certainly call on him again should we have any issues.

With my Total Tech Support plan I can have my computers cleaned up, and any updates that are needed installed. If at anytime I have a problem I know where to go to get help

I spent a long time with the phone staff today and one reminded me the Geek Squad had added benefits. He checked my membership and made sure I was upgraded. It has been so helpful and I will always be a Greek Squad member.

Having this membership has been well worth it. So many times the tech support has saved loss of data from household laptops!

I would literally have been lost had I not been able to access this support! A sudden power outage toasted my hard drive with EVERYTHING I had spent literally years acquiring. Thanks to the tech support, I have recovered almost all of what was lost. That my friends, is priceless.

Total tech support is totally worth the money in my book. The benefits I receive from the membership offers assurance and support to the products I purchase. Theres also some free services offered on a lot of the item like support and installation.

When you need a computer fixed and don't have time to mess around and figure it out yourself, it's nice to have remote service to get it taken care of. They can remotely work on your device and save you a trip into the store in some cases. It is not cheap but, they give you peace of mind when things go wrong and it's cheaper than a new device.

I've had Best Buy Total Tech Support for a while. They are extremely helpful and patient for a non-tech savvy person like myself. I appreciate their help. I'll renew each year.

With the included service this plan pays for its self.the discounts on the in-home service allows me to set up my home the way i want it.i have used this service for 2 wall mounted tv's and wifi.great service and very Knowledgeable techs and very friendly
