I love Total Tech suport, you alwayssuch ad save when you become a total tech suport member on additional ítem like potection plans. Even on the haul away when we purchased a washer and dryer. You also have acces to Geek Squad. They can help you over the phone without even going to the store.

This tech service is the best thing for a person like me due to being "technology challenged". The service is always excellent, knowledgeable staff and very thorough in explaining what service they performed. As long as I have a computer, I'll keep this valuable service they perform.

Since I purchased this service, I used it for Geek Squad Service. They installed my new router, put a new SSD in my laptop, not to mention cleaned my All-in one HP, and they installed a backup camera on my vehicle. The price you pay is well worth it, I would definitely recommend Bestbuy's Geek Squad Service.

The store messed up delivery dates TWICE and rescheduled me 3 more weeks out. I called at night and Total Tech Support showed up the very next day for an install. Excellent servicece. "Free" install and service. It always pays for itself. Great deal!

I don't know what I'd do without tech support. I love that they can take care of pretty much any issue I come across remotely. I rarely have to wait for service and I don't have to be glued to my pc while they are fixing it. The price i pay yearly for this plan is more than worth it.

The TTS program has been a good investment for me and paid very good dividends when I have needed to use it. This is expensive but the peace of mind is well worth it. I recommend it to everyone who has a lot of equipment from BBY in their home.

As seniors, the TV is our go-to entertainment. So when our TV suddenly died, being able to just make one phone call to Total Tech Support to get us back in service promptly was a huge help.

This plan is excellent. We've never been ones to buy support programs but this one is just full of savings! Pays for itself easily. We tune up our computers as needed at no cost, plus our daughters' computers as well. We recently had our ne TV installed as well. Work is always fast and perfect.

This protection plan has been wonderful for me. Only partially computer literate and would not be able to "solve" problems I have on occasion. Have recommended it to others

This is well worth it as I have had numerous audio upgrades and instillation services on my 2 cars. I could not imagine what the labor costs would have been if I didn't buy the subscription. If you do these types of projects more than once a year, it more than pays for itself.

The plan is worth it,because it can cover more than one thing. I just got a home visit that would had cost me $228.00 if I did not have the coverage.

Glad to have this service. Have helped me out of serval predicaments. Saved what I neglected to back up. For the most was able to help on-line. Saved not having to set-up an in-store appointment & waiting several days to a week with no computer.

forgot to review TTS membership. my apology it's late but better than nothing. Happy to have the membership. more i have a service more i understand. i had issue with my daughter's laptop. TTS fixed it free of charge. i purchased dashcam for car. TTS installed it and so on..

This Membership has been so helpful. The Geek Squad Agents are more than helpful ... it is comforting to know that help is a phone call ... or visit away ..... and there is no concern about the cost of the individual service. This is a quiet secret that I wish more people were aware of.

The Total Tech Support is why I go to Best Buy first when I need something. I like the extended warranty coverage and the perks that come with this membership when buying appliances. It's great to have this support when something breaks.

While I am pretty computer literate, having the Total Tech Support for Geek Squad makes it really easy to keep my laptop and deskside computer in excellent working order. The service is excellent both online and in-person at the store. I would not own a computer without having this support.

This is a worthwhile service if you are not knowledgeable with computer and electronics. You make an appointment, drop off the problem item and the pick it up a few days later fixed. The service technician are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Totally worth it for me. I've had them (1) repair my washing my machine (2) mount 75" TV (3) install Nest camera system (4) calibrate 2 TVs. In all if I had this done individually it would have cost me over $700 but Total Tech support saved me $250 in repairs and installation fees.
