I am in my second year of Total Tech Support and thought I would monition my use of it to see if I want to continue it next year. So far, since October when I renewed, I have saved a little over $200.00 which should make my decision easier for next year since it costs a little over $200.00 a year! I used it for 2 phones and an in-home theater repair! They have always been very helpful when I called or they have come to my house.

I’m a “big fan” of Total Tech Support. I have used this to have new 4K smart TVs set up, wall-mounted — and I even gave the TV calibration a shot — all at modest costs. Just recently had them … *repair a computer by putting in a new SSD and installing a new version of Windows 10. No charge!! *install a new Linksys develops Wi-Fi 6 mesh router system. Only $49 charge!

The problem I have with this plan is the nickel and diming that is enacted when plan is in use. I have used the plan to install various products at different times, however, if Toto tech is called to the house again to service at the same visit, two of their inItially installed products, they charge you twice for the same visit. I had a problem with my wifi extension that affected my ring doorbell and my wink lock, and was charged for each one, instead of for the visit. Doesn’t seem fair. Especially while dealing with a total tech installed product

My biggest problem getting value from this plan is my not thinking of using it as quick as I could. When I have called for help, the help as been there and they have taken as much time as needed. Over the years I have solved many problems myself, but many times it has been frustrating and time consuming. It is great to have someone with know how there to assist

A must! I have experienced a few things that I couldn't have gotten through without GS Total Support. GS helped me through things the manufacturers didn't help me with and as well GS referred me to manufacturer's that were very helpful. GS assistance qualified a couple manufacturers better decisions to assist or replace products. Thank you Best Buy! And GS

I had a computer go bad. Took ti into the Geek Squad. They told me it was the Mother Board, and suggested a device that would left me keep the hard drive and use it externally. It is still working great! With a mother computer, they replaced my mechanical HD with a solid state and it is phenomenal Roy was so helpful and considerate. Best Buy is a no brainer when computer help is needed.

Can't go wrong with the membership! Whenever I have a problem I call and they are always there ready and willing to help. Doesn't take long for appointment if they need to come into the home. The technicians are very prompt and make it as easy for the customer to understand their new items!!

I'm a tech guy and love to install/setup most things myself. I really didn't want to go with total tech but when i purchased a new home, i decided to have Geek Squad install my 3 mounted TVs (one was mounted into brick). they did a great job and the service more than paid for itself. I renewed because i get additional discounts on services and products and i'm having them do more work for me this year.

I have used the total tech support for some time. The techs are very good. Contacting them via phone can be slow. And setting up appointments may have you wait 1-3 days for an appointment. Discounts available with Total Tech do not apply to all of Best Buys products or services. Despite the inconveniences mentioned I have repurchased Total Tech Support. This time thru my wife to get a 10% credit towards a future purchase

THE TOTAL TECH SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN SENSATIONAL. AT MY AGE, THERE IS SO MUCH I DON'T KNOW AND THE GEEK SQUAD HAS INTERVENED MANY TIMES TO HELP MY SOLVE SOMETHING ABOUT WHICH I HAD NO IDEA.

Have told my friends to purchase their gear at Best Buy and to pay for Geek Squad tech support. Had a problem with an old printer and walked into the store and out with a new printer and gift card within 10 min...had a problem with my laptop and they stripped it down and readded the programs before my golf league...I was relieved...happy and so was the league..

excellent tech support. Friendly highly competent technicians for solving high definition television, audio and computer issues. They go the extra mileCourteous store staff make scheduling home appointments simple.

Total Tech Support from BB ----- would NOT be WITHOUT it! I live in a rural area (60 miles from a major town and 60 miles from the BB store). My "home store" has proven to have VERY good in-store tech services (I don't think all BB stores do. The ease, and speed of access to help online from tech services has saved me many, many times!

I have been pleased with the availability and the expertise of the people at Geek Squad. Over the course of this past year (Fall 2020 to Fall 2021) there was only one instance in which I had not been satisfied was when the boy who answered, did not, in fact, have the requisite expertise and failed to escalate or refer to someone else who did.

I've used this service several times now. Not only for the products you buy from Best Buy but other electronics you own. I've taken 2 laptops in for them to update and service as well as called the customer support to help with a blu ray player issue I was having. If you want the ease of having an expert help setup a laptop or walk you through an electronic issue over the phone, then this is worth it.

Decided to purchase Total Tech Support when I bought a huge big screen TV from Best Buy as well as a TV for the wall along with wall mount and a hidden in the wall cable/cord system. Total Tech Support delivered, installed and set up everything in this visit and back again when I got smart lock for my house. I got everything at a discount.

IN THE BEGINNING, THE TECH SUPPORT WAS FANTASTIC!! EASE OF TALKING WITH LOCAL TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE WAS GREAT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HOWEVER, SOME OF THE OVERSEAS OPERATORS ARE NOT EASILY UNDERSTOOD AND THEREFORE CAN'T HELP RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. IT REQUIRED ME CALLING BACK AND HOLDING LONG TIMES UNTIL I GOT SOMEONE I COULD COMMUNICATE WITH IN ENGLISH. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF! NO DOUBT.

I used to think that they fixed only the things you bought from them, but not true. they come out to your House if you need. getting an appointment is easy staff are always great. I think I have used then 5 times already this year. The support cost paid for it sen after the first visit

Total Tech support is great. It covers all of my devices. I get a discount if the Geek Agent set up my printer. I did not have to pay for delivery of my new stove, and the Geeks are now trained to repair appliances whether or not they were purchased at Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, and the cost is less than I used to pay for outside appliance repair

Total tech Support has been a great support for my computers and copy machines. The staff very helpful and respectful in my needs. The geek squad that will come to the house provides great services as well.
