Great to have for any appliance or tech product for any and all repairs that need to be made with minimal extra cost or none at all. Have had this benefit many times with appliance, TV,, computers by expert technicians.

You never know when you are going to need a repair or technical support. The Total Tech support comes in handy and offers discounts on many other services. AppleCare being one of them and free service support instore. This is my second year with Total Tech.

Team has been and I expect going forward highly knowledgeable along with informative. Team has always been respectful and cordial. I have been a total tech member approximately 20 years and any problems were resolved to my expectations.

The plan is worth it,because it can cover more than one thing. I just got a home visit that would had cost me $228.00 if I did not have the coverage.

The plan now covers the whole electronic household. What a great idea, by Best Buy, and well worth the money. They have stopped me from spending a fortune with false advertisement. I have called for the computer, scanning, and printing issues. The Support- Geek Squad is the best.

The Best Buy Geek Squad desk was extremely helpful. My Laptop computer was violated by an attempted hacker. The geek squad staff resolved this issue, provided exceptional service and was very patient and friendly with my questions. Thank you

Total tech support has more than paid for itself ever year. We have contacted them for help online, in the store and in our house. I am retired and no longer have access to tech support at a job and this is much better.

I have used the Geek squad services for many computer and mobile phone issues. Each time they were helpful and able to get me up and running in no time. I can't live without it! It's my tech security blanket!

We are senior citizens who keep up with technology like we always have but things change so quickly today, we often need help. In the past, well, the distant past, once we understood our phone and the plan that comes with it, we were done with phone changes for a few years. Now, phones, tv’s, computers, etc. change sometimes within a few months. We rely on the Geek Squad to help us. We can purchase a new ________(fill in the blank), and we are guided to something that meets our needs. Then, we are helped when we reach the limits of our current knowledge in person at the store or at our home. New TV’s are installed in our rooms with instruction on how they work and what to do if.... When we go to the Geek desk for our appointment with a piece of new technology, we are patiently listened to, gently instructed on how to use the device and/or what to do next. We never feel hurried and we are impressed with the patience the tech has. Having this service is invaluable to us. Give it a try. We think you’ll appreciate it, no matter what your age.

Geek squad coverage for both phone and my computer, though costly, pays for itself in that anything that happens to either my phone or my computer is backed by exceptional service and tech support. No other electronic outlet matches Best Buy when it come to protection of electronic devices.

You can't beat the extra cost for this protection coverage. I am one to shy away from buying protection plans, however with this plan my (4) laptops get an annual tune up & I can get online support anytime on any of my laptops when they are not performing properly.

Where ELSE would you go, if something happened in the middle of the night, or weekend when you really needed to get your technology to work with you (instead of against you?!). While just knowing our Geek Squad Agent is there and available 24/7, I have yet to make time to really leverage them beyond initial installations in the home. However, there have been many times we've visited our local BB to meet with our favorite Agent (now graduated to another position), in person, and receive a personalized lesson on our software, and demonstration of the use of our integrated devices . . . everything seems to be integrated now . . . must make another appointment soon, with a list of questions, they always seem to have the answers for, and expertise on hand, or the ability to get them.

I once had a problem and I was able to get Tech Support in the middle of the night! I was also impressed how they were so pleasant and knowledgeable, especially that early in the morning. After providing me with that undivided attention the matter was resolved.

This is my third year with the plan and I've had to use it quite a few times. I was especially pleased last year when the Geek Squad associates spend over 1.5 hrs. helping me with an issue on my laptop. When one wasn't certain, they asked another. Finally it was resolved and I will be forever grateful.

I have found this to be a very valuable purchase,just knowing I have some place to get help when I get stuck in this world of teck. This was one of my better purchases , especially when I have to have home visits !

I was hesitant about buying it, but so glad I did. The guys and gals at tech support were great to a guy who knows little about how computers work or about installing electronics. Will definitely use them again soon.

I have been able to get a lot of use out of this service! It has helped me through a tough time when my computer was hacked. I have also received some pretty great deals on other products bought from Best Buy with this service.

This plan pays for its self, w/ the support provided and the discounts you get on the protection plans, plus discounts on some items its a no brainer. Geek Squad is amazing. Always have had great experiences w/ the product and the experts that come out to install and fix.

Keeps my product protected ! I get 2 year insurance on all products with my total tech membership for free on every product I buy so it is an awesome benefit! I also get free home installation and free tech support!

Kyle did a great job cleaning up my computer. Offered some good tips on how to block objectionable material. Very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and easy to understand. Excellent employee. Deserves a raise.
