    Total Tech Support is one of the best bargains in Tech Support. I used it all the time to maintain my 3 computers. The Geek Squad really knows thier stuff. This is my 5th year as a Total Tech Support member. I will always keep renewing my membership as it saves me money every year. VERY Highly Recommend. Just join and start saving money. You are going to love a Total Tech Support .

    Our Total Tech membership has definitely paid off for us. The Geeks have made several visits to our home (nearly 75 miles one way!) and those cost us nothing thanks to Total Tech. We recently purchased a new laptop and thanks to Total Tech the transfer of data from our old laptop to our new one was free.

    I have had a Geek Squad membership for 13 years straight and can honestly say they have NEVER let me down. No matter what product you buy they keep it running perfectly for you. I've never asked a question they have not been able to answer. I have used them in store in in home and am amazed at the knowledge of these folks. Always professional, courteous and up on the latest tech gadget.

    In December I had a problem with my Dell laptop computer. I brought it into the Geek Squad and they told me I had viruses on it even thought I had Webroot internet security. My computer was only 11 months old. When i purchased my computer, I also purchased the total Tech support. They took the viruses off my computer and I wasn't charged because I had Total Tech support. it is worth every penny they chare for it.

    I have had Total Tech Support for three years and I love how it covers any and all devices I purchase through Best Buy. It works like taking your car in for maintenance every 6 months. I have always run into great customer service and it is cheaper than seeking out outside companies if you need maintenance on your devices.

    In these times, nothing lasts long. With our Total Tech Support we can rely on the support anytime. Our products have warranties and i have used the warranties and it works 100%. I like Best Buy and we will continue to buy it annually. This is our 3rd year.

    I always have excellent service when I use Total Tech Support. The Geek Squad is always knowledgeable, helpful and professional. One very important quality I appreciate as a senior citizen, is that they professionally and politely explain issues and never make the customer feel ignorant. It helps everyone to learn.     I purchased Total Tech Support for my parents when I bought a computer for them. The bonus perks and ease of use for any issues that pop up from time to time more than make up for the cost. In fact, because of the number of devices that can benefit from the support in their home, this investment has more than paid for itself.

    This is my third year as a total tech member and I am very happy with this service. All my purchased appliances and electronics are covered and I don’t have to worry, plus I get free delivery & haul away when I need it. I’ve had to have service on 2 appliances and it was easy and so worth it. I’ll be keeping this service.

    Having tech support membership is totally worth it, especially if you work with or play on many different electronics. I have 3 computers and need all the help I can get with set up, security, maintenance etc. Best to pay for this and get help when needed. These guys do it all. Easy scheduling for drop off and pick up. Employees always able to answer all my questions.

    The Tech support is really good, that I had two computers with issues. The first was an old laptop that needed to fixed and reinstall software and tha second was a new laptop that needed additional programs installed & important files transferred from old laptop to the new one before my wife headed to the Mainland to help put family. Was Great service.

    Although I was one of the few that has purchased this product since the beginning, I hate the fact that I lost my grandfathering due to a military deployment; however, the coverage that Best Buy offers are second to none. I wished that things could have remained the same but nonetheless, glad that I spend the money due to unforeseen circumstances. In the end, you are receiving a bargain.

    I have been utilizing the expertise of the Geek Squad for more than 4yrs now. These guys and gals are the absolute best! They are always Courteous, Professional, and Extremely Knowledgeable. I NEVER worry about the "health" of my in home electronics, because I know the solution, to any problem, is only a phone call or key stroke away. Thank You Geek Squad for always being there when I need you!

    I have been purchasing the Total Tech Support options for years...with 3 high end TV's, computers ,I-phones, printers, I-Pads, laptops, sound equipment, controllers, etc., AND having moved 3 times over the past 7 years...having this support come in, take it all down & reinstall back into the new location...then readjust or replace anything with no questions asked is unbeatable!

    This was a great investment for me. Sometimes, I have had to wait on the phone to reach a tech, but if you call on off hours, it is better. Every time I have called tech support, they have worked with me until the issue is resolved. I have needed help with my computer, my printer, my Ipad, and even my Echo Dot.

    If you live close to a Best Buy this is a MUST HAVE, Besy Buy have been out to install home theater, sound bars to Dishwasher this year all included in this package. We also found Tech Support very helpful for our desktop & cleaning out an old laptop. I had this service billed to my credit card for at least last 8+ years,, highly recommend.

    My initial work with the Geek Squad was excellent. But this last time because of the pandemic, I could not have help in my home so had to make 4 -- 70 mile round trip visits to a Best Buy store for help to replace a printer that would no longer print. An incorrect printer was ordered to replace the ET-2570 that no longer worked. I then had to have them order another printer - and had to pay an additional charge to get the same type printer I had. I finally received the new Epson ET-3710 printer on July 30, 2020. I asked to have it connected to my laptop in the store before I brought the printer home. They did download the necessary installation and said I should be able to plug it in and use it once I was home. However, when I got home and attempted to use the printer - it was not the printer of choice for my laptop and being a 'novice' I did not know how to connect the new printer myself. I tried to contact Geek Squad - but do not seem to know how to do that. So I had to go to the printer website and it took several emails with them before they were able to tell me how to find and chance the printer selection to the new printer. Finally, on August 25, 2020, I have been able to get the printer to work. Hopefully, that will continue to be true! I have had this membership for two years and am still not sure how to access Geek Squad help via email or website. I am wondering if I am getting value for my membership since I seem unable to communicate with the Geek Squad without an in person visit.

    I have bought a LOT of technology from Best Buy over the last 10 years. For every item purchased, I don't think twice about having this included. This has saved me money in the overall picture, due to the ease of them being able to remote in for my computer and do a great job on bringing my laptop up to speed. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!

    I was happy with the extra services I got for the money until the pandemic. I know everyone was taken back at first but six weeks into the pandemic my family need help with laptop and WiFi issues. It took two months to contact and get my grandson laptop is for repair with a maintenance contract luckly I had an extra laptop to use for his school work. I also have been having issues connecting my old Google home devices to the new Google WiFi that the Geek Squad installed in my house late last year.
