The service plans that I have bought have saved me well over the cost of the plan. I never can plan for the occasional error or virus that has come uninvited, the plan is my spare tire. It is there encase I need it and a life saver when I do. It has never been a waste of my money.

It is the greatest service. It will help you with many problems your own provider cannot. Do your self a favor and get Total Tech. Even if you do not use it many times, you will give yourself peace of mind that you cannot get many problems that Total Tech can not fix.

Best Buy Geek Squad & Total Tech Support makes everything simple and most years we get value of the membership. The techs are excellent, friendly gurus to help explain how to make tech products work for you and easy to use. If I have a question about how to fix the problem, they are almost always able to help. Sometimes the fix requires a fee but they have always been reliable, accurate, and efficient in diagnosis. I have my own business so they are my tech support team. Highly recommend the membership to the Total Tech Support. There are many perks that you may not realize are included. The discounts on services (in-home installations, appliance disposal, etc) are perks and are what made us decide to re-enroll when they changed the program. I have been impressed and kudos to Best Buy for finding a real solution to staying relevant as a local brick and mortar store in an online world. We are fans.

This Total Tech Support is by far and away the Best protection/warranty plan I have ever purchased and had cause to use. I have only needed to use it a couple of times, once when my new laptop was hijacked, and the responses have been excellent.

Besides helping me transfer data over to a new device, get all programs running, and removing data from my old computer, I have relied on Total Tech Support for printer and other issues. I think having the peace of mind and readily available support is well worth the investment.

I don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad. They are always there when I need them and they never make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to fix something. They are always positive about helping me and work very hard to fix the problem I am having.

As a frequent cust, this is great. More people would use it if there were a guide but it's a nightmare to reach chat. I want to talk to someone on the phone. The service is a bit expensive as is. An advanced reminder for renewal before you charge would reduce cancellations. It would be much more valuable if youd add incentives to renew & if you'd add a truly USEABLE 'hard good' BONUS item & an ENTICING price reduction or if you don't want to cheapen the overall value of the service you could add a gift certificate based on a sliding scale for every year you renew (ie $10, $15, $20, $25, etc) with no exp date toward next purchase or even toward the renewal. These are just thoughts that would really add value, reduce cancellations, increase renewals and more importantly add new customers.

With total tech support, everything works. From small to big equipment, there is always professional and expert assistance. 24-hour online support is perfect to solve problems quickly, coupled with the option of in-store interaction. This is a necessity.

This plan has paid for itself. I have had 2 computers and 2 phones that I jad to jave taken in amd fixed. Fast and good at their work. Would not do without out it with all the electronics we have. Phone support and chat have been life savers at home too. Definitely worth its weight!!

Total Tech Support is a great way to go the group is there when you need help any time and sometimes I need that on the spot help they work very well to help any time.

When I am on my computer and frustrated by my computer problem, I call my total support. They have spent a lot of time with me and always figure out my problem. I was not able to get a WiFi printer connected and they kept with me until it was done.

I've been with Geek Squad for long while. During the pandemic, it was great to have my computer serviced remotely. I could not have gotten through the semester without them. They were thorough, friendly, and patient. I love my Total Tech Support.

The best thing I have done since purchasing a laptop computer! They have helped me with so many different things in my house including how to get HBO Max when Xfinity’s own people could not get it for me there great tech people!

Most of the Geek Squad reps are top of the line--really know how to troubleshoot and fix laptop and desktop problems, including tuning them up. I've been a Total Tech Support member (using Geek Squad) for about seven years now and will renew my subscription with them in October. I recently had a problem with the camera on my laptop and could not figure out why it wasn't working with some of the Zoom meetings but was fine with others; I'm proficient with computers, had some friends and neighbors who were younger and more up to date with hardware and software than myself, and they were unable to find a solution. Neither was IT from my job, the people who set me up on their program. But the Geek Squad rep had it working in less than fifteen minutes as well as updating all of my outdated apps and was finished tweaking my laptop into good-as-new order in less than an hour (including wait time and transfer time to connect with the tech rep). Both the initial contact rep and the tech rep were bright, caring, and took care of me in a timely and satisfactory manner--very rare to get good service from anyone these days.

I liked the total tech support services very much. It is worth it, especially when you have young children. My son broke the laptop I bought for him and total tech was right there to rescue us.
