Best piece of mind I have bought over the years. It is right up there with Triple A. When I have a problem with my computer, I know longer have to be concerned about it. The Geek squad has come to my rescue several times and I am very grateful. I would encourage everyone to purchase this total tech support agreement. Well worth the money.

Total Tech Support is a plan that we purchased to ensure help with installation and product use. We have used it quite a few times this year, for installation of Nest cameras, a new TV on a wall mount, and mesh wifi. It also provides extended protection and discounts on many Best Buy products and services. Worth every penny.

I bought a new phone. I have two jobs and several projects. I have three houses, and live in two different states. I am not tech skilled. My Best Buy friends ARE very helpful, in both Tulsa, Oklahoma and Duluth Minnesota. But, the phone thing? That was above and beyond. Absolutely amazing support and assistance.

Total tech Support has been a great support for my computers and copy machines. The staff very helpful and respectful in my needs. The geek squad that will come to the house provides great services as well.

Best Buy has a wonderful Tech Support team. They take their time and answer all of my questions while I am in store. I don't like the fact that we can't call our local store directly any more , that the service call is out sourced. I miss being able to talk to my team at my local Best Buy. SO... I go into the store to handle any problems.

My household has used Geek Squad and Best Buy for over a decade. This is a great service between these two companies that improves even when there is some crisis in the market such as COVID19. The team is there to provide service and support. Though there are times when it is busy, it is great to know that the next person is there to help when the line is freed. Great team! Great service!

Over several years I have enjoyed Tech Support service, but the plan has been changed to just one choice. I have only experienced one exception to the usual excellent customer service I receive from Tech Support staff. I continue to purchase the yearly membership because I can reach out at any time for assistance. This last year I have noticed that wait times have increase quite a bit, but I would still recommend the convenience of having a "geek squad" there when I need them.

I purchased Total Tech Support when I bought my newest laptop because I wanted help setting it up and transferring my data. I never cancelled it and have used it for help with my laptop and the setup of my new smart tv. It also contains virus protection on my laptop.

have always been very helpful to a neophyte techie like me. The Tech Support plan allows me to drop off my computer, printer or even vacuum cleaner to be de-virused, leaving me to contemplate more heady issues like which golf course to play. Let the Squad toil while you play. They will also freely answer all other technology questions you might have and will freely divulge tips on everything except dating.

For a single women I have been very happy with the help that I have received from this service. I’m not into computers much and don’t like to try to figure things out with them, my profession is working with people. Total tech has been extremely helpful for me, thank you for this service!

I enjoy this service, I’ve only had one complaint in the many times I’ve used it. The tech they sent out was a contract and not a Geek Squad member, he wasn’t very helpful and seemed a bit lost in what to do. A few days later I had to have another Geek Squad member come out and fix what he did. As long as it’s an actual member of the their team and not a contractor I’ve been pleased.

This service has paid for itself over & over. Just a few examples include when we moved, Geek Squad hung the tv on the wall. They were amazing, & saved us an incredible amt of money. When we purhased a laptop recently, through multiple calls were able to set it up exactly as desired, down to every last detail (& were so patient with us!) Love Geek Squad!

I love my support team. I like that all my devices are being serviced and protected in the same place. I will not buy any tech from any other store. Their Teck support is amazing, They have so much patience and walk you through any difficulty. Thanks, tech support you are amazing.

Total tech support is well worth the money. I have brought in three different computers some multiple times for different issues and it is all covered for free. With total tech support they also put Webroot on my computers for free. I also had cameras installed in both my vehicles for free. For the small yearly fee I have received at least five times my value.

I’ve had to use Tech Support numerous times so it has been well worth the money. I’ve had laptop issues that they solved for me as well as iPhone issues that they’ve fixed. Don’t know what I would’ve done without GeekSquad

Total Tech Support was very helpful in knowing how to hook-up all my TV, DVD player, VHS and stereo. Very courtous and seemed to want to make sure I was a happy customer. Anthony came out with a partner and we were very happy with his service, attitude and willingness to get the job completed.
