Not going to lie, I wasn't sure if I wanted this or would really use it, but it pays for itself when you realize how much 6ech you have in your house and need support. The discounts on in home service to discount on other protection plans are worth it.

A very good service. We have belonged for years and had many good experiences. Service people are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will continue our membership.

The Total Tech Support Team has been helpful. I like the fact that I can call them up when I have an issue that I can't solve, and they can help me solve the issue.

We thought we had a virus so we took the computer into the store. It was just a malicious pop-up that would have led to trouble if we reacted to it. The Geek Squad removed it and we are happy. I am not giving a five star because I have tried to call about something and had trouble getting through.

Technology is a fact of life now and when it goes wrong 'I Know Nothing' and get annoyed. The frustration, except for the extended appointment day wait, is removed thanks to my Total Tech Support Geek Squad. It's worth the cost to me.

Been a member at least two years. This is a wonderful badly needed service. With six laptops in the home I need a lot of tech support. This is a money saving frustration mitigation tool. They do have their limits and if ut has to go into the shop I’d back to the manufacturer the delay can be lengthy. Keep a spare just in case

Total Tech Support is well worth the price in my opinion. It has given me priority service, prompt & courteous service, and other benefits, not to mention the comprehensive support that it includes.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO EVERYONE.IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS ALL I HAVE TO DO TO PICK UP THE PHONE, IF THEY CAN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON THE PHONE THEN THEY MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND HAVE ME BRING MY COMPUTER IN AND IN NO TIME MY PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED!

I am totally reliant upon my Total Tech Support membership for laptop and other electronics troubleshooting. I have never not had an outstanding customer experience in person at Geek Squad locations.

I've never regretted getting this membership. It's been a lifesaver. As a small business owner and busy person who needs to stay in touch, I can't afford down time with my computer.

Great technical help with laptop and software issues. All technicians are knowledgeable and very understanding of those of us who aren't so good with computers. They are very good to stick to my time frame.

Nice perks , most of basic deliveries, hauling and installation free along with troubleshooting pretty much all electrical items including your car

I renewed my TTS membership because I was really satisfied with the service and money savings I received from my first year. Our family purchases a lot of vehicles and electronics, so have the free and reduced installation and advice really helps us save money in the long run.

Good plan covering all products. Always nice to have you stuff fixed and not to pay anything ! Only issue is scheduling an appointment online: it says none available and when I dropped by, no customer waiting for already 1 hour according to geek squad attendent

I joined Best Buy total tech almost 3 years , they did very nice and excellent job either in store or installed for something at home. This team is very professional
