The best support I can get. I love it! Sometimes I don't understand what some of the support people are saying but after a couple of repeats, I'm good. I've had one who had an attitude issue but I overlooked her issues because I needed assistant with my computer.

Worth the yearly membership cost. Have had my equipment serviced routinely and the ease of mind knowing that if I have problems I can just schedule a service. Have not used the installation option but good that it’s there

This service has paid for itself over & over. Just a few examples include when we moved, Geek Squad hung the tv on the wall. They were amazing, & saved us an incredible amt of money. When we purhased a laptop recently, through multiple calls were able to set it up exactly as desired, down to every last detail (& were so patient with us!) Love Geek Squad!

have always been very helpful to a neophyte techie like me. The Tech Support plan allows me to drop off my computer, printer or even vacuum cleaner to be de-virused, leaving me to contemplate more heady issues like which golf course to play. Let the Squad toil while you play. They will also freely answer all other technology questions you might have and will freely divulge tips on everything except dating.

Total Tech Support was very helpful in knowing how to hook-up all my TV, DVD player, VHS and stereo. Very courtous and seemed to want to make sure I was a happy customer. Anthony came out with a partner and we were very happy with his service, attitude and willingness to get the job completed.

I enjoy this service, I’ve only had one complaint in the many times I’ve used it. The tech they sent out was a contract and not a Geek Squad member, he wasn’t very helpful and seemed a bit lost in what to do. A few days later I had to have another Geek Squad member come out and fix what he did. As long as it’s an actual member of the their team and not a contractor I’ve been pleased.

when you have this yearly tech support, it really saves you alot of time for the tech person we have is ryan Kennedy. he goes above and beyond . he answers all question no matter how sometimes is simple to him is difficult for us.

I love my Total Tech Support Memberbership! I have used it often, both in person and at Best Buy. It is so easy to call the Tech support when you have a problem and it can be taken care of over the phone. Great thing to have!

Thank goodness for a Totaltech and the Geek Squad! Tune ups keep my computer running well, and I can count on getting problems fixed, sometimes while I wait and sometimes leaving my laptop for a more thorough repair.

Total tech support is well worth the money. I have brought in three different computers some multiple times for different issues and it is all covered for free. With total tech support they also put Webroot on my computers for free. I also had cameras installed in both my vehicles for free. For the small yearly fee I have received at least five times my value.

I recently moved from the east coast to the west coast. My Best Buy experience started when I purchased two TV's. The Total Tech Support membership gives you access to the Geek squad. So far that purchase has been worth the money, when I had some computer issues and in helping me set up my new phone.

Total Tech Support is well worth the price. When a problem or issue has arisen in the past they have provided me with quick, efficient and reliable service. The ease of installation for the dash cam that I purchased a few months ago also factors into my positive review for the Tech Support Service & Staff.

I truly love being a total tech member the perks are great and free installs are amazing . I truly think that there should be extra points because you are a member when you purchase something. I spent 8,000.00 dollars and I got 10 dollars worth of points??? That should be a lot more for being total tech member.

I have had the Total tech support package for several years and will never be without it as long as I rely on technology. Knowing that whenever I need assistance, I can depend upon the Geek Squad for remedial action with all the costs covered is, to me, worth the cost of the Total Tech Support plan. I will never be without it.

this plan is very good but it has degraded with the covid virus. It has gotten harder to be able to get an appointment when it convenient. Most time i have had to wait 10 to 20 minutes in line even when i had an appointment. But will say that the repair was done quickly and accurately.

My apple desktop all in one unit is heavy for me to carry to the store. They came to my house and took care of everything. restored it back to previous settings before the apple update had rearranged all of my icons and home page etc. They also set umps new keyboard for me while they were here.

I love the Best Buy Total Tech Support is a great service and if you get a really committed, knowledgeable service representative you will get a resolution 9/10 times you call. Also, you can go in the store to get immediate customer service and if you get to know the right ones, you will get great results as well.

Best Buy Total Tech Support and the Geek Squad are invaluable to me with in-home or assistance on the phone with any issues I have 24/7. The agents are professional, efficient and yet so friendly so that even someone like me who is not tech savvy feels comfortable and understands the issues.

Total Tech has come in so handy for us! Have had a few repairs on desktops and laptops. We were able to get free installation on a new over the range microwave and it allowed us free delivery on 2 appliances, when it would've cost because we live in the middle of nowhere.

This protection plan has been invaluable. I have had it for many of years can use it for my devices and my children’s. This has saved me so much and having to replace items when I can get it repaired instead.
