I was so excited to be able to sit down with one of the Techs and get my questions answered and issues with my computer addressed! The Tech helping me was great! He was fast, knowledgeable, and very patient and personable.

Mr. Daniel Pound came and hooked up our new TV and explained all the ways to use it. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would use his service to hook up any device needed. He gets a gold star in my book!

I really like having this service to rely on although I have not actually used it very often, but when I have, they help me with whatever concern or problem I have. I rather pay for this service than just regular insurance on the product.

If I could add more stars I would. The tech support team (Geek Squad) is always there to help when I have a question or issue or just need my computers to be cleaned up and tuned up!!!!

Excellent service even when in-store visits are not possible. Expertise of staff us excellent. Recently had a number of difficult upgrades and problems with programs interacting with each other. This was all settled in online communication and work.

Total Tech is amazing. Geek Squad is the real deal and gives excellent service. I've used it many times. I definitely recommend them!

I have recently had a microwave installation for free as part of the service. Have had few problems with other tech and all issues were resolved quickly.

I have had both my PC, Mac laptop and my current HP laptop routinely scanned for issues and optimization. I was very happy with their work. I have had to have my PC rescued from very malicious activity twice, it has saved me from irreparable damage. (Always go through the Best Buy site to get to the Geek Squad.) I have even had remote assistance, twice, to repair the driver (lost every time Windows 10 updated) for my speakers; this was performed quickly without the effort to take my PC in to the store, AND didn't have to put up with glaring silence for any length of time while they fixed it. One tip: Always go through the Best Buy site to get to the Geek Squad; there are evil people just waiting for the opportunity to get into your computer. I would recommend Geek Squad protection to anyone wanting the security of safe tech support.

I cannot imagine being without this protection! It has saved us many hours of frustration trying to fix stuff we are not qualified to fix. Geek Squad is the best and Total Tech Support is ah-mazing!

If is manmade as most things are, they are going to breakdown at some point, no matter the brand. Year after year I continue to renew my subscription to Total Tech. For me it is well worth the money. Each year I get three of my laptops checked out and an iPad at no charge. Best Buy techs clean them up, check for viruses, and everything and anything out of the normal that slows down my laptops. The Total Tech also covers electrical components on my auto as well. They have worked on my audio and my automated window switch. I am not sure what to call it, but from time to time I get these erroneous calls from strangers whom try to get me to allow them to take over my computer and correct problems that they try to cause. Whenever this happens, I call up Best Buy, make an appt. and they take care of it. For me, this service is a must have, to keep all my stuff up to date and working properly.

I have utilized the Geek Squad on three separate occasions. Each issue was handled quickly and efficiently. The first two gave new life to an old laptop. The work was finished in a shorter time than I expected. The Geek Squad is my IT Dept,

Great having Total Tech Support and can call on them any time I have questions or a problem. Whenever I had to leave my laptop with the GEEK Squad they took care of the problems very quickly!

With all that is included with the great personal service it really does pay for itself On the phone they quickly and professionally walk you thru what is going on with your device and you are up and running in no time As I said, We love the Geek Squad

Love this purchase!! We use our total tech all the time! It's great! Our installations are wonderful and we get help with our computer, televisions and everything we buy from Best Buy! Worth the money!

Service has been used twice to resolve problems. Some employees have to be reminded of backing up the device as part of the service etc. They don't bother looking to see what was included in your service plan. But once it is pointed out they do take care of I. I like not having to spend hours on the phone trying to fix problems with the laptop.

I was skeptical about the ease of using Total Tech Support. Much to my surprise they were very customer centric and knew what they were doing! It provides a peace-of-mind knowing that TTS is readily available to help!

This is one of the best service groups around. I take my 3 pc's in twice a year for tune up's and updates and everything is great.

When I need them I call. Working from home and having to rely on my own computer knowledge having the GEEK SQUAD is a lifesaver. Installed my work software and anytime troubleshooting. Wouldn’t live without it.
