This protection plan has been invaluable. I have had it for many of years can use it for my devices and my children’s. This has saved me so much and having to replace items when I can get it repaired instead.

Love it. Saves a lot of money if you are like me and like the security of protection plans and use Geek Squad for installation services. Great that they will also look at products that weren't bought from best buy. Only issue is that there is a difference between Geek Squad and some of the 3rd party vendors they use.

This is a wonderful service that Best Buy provides for about $200 per year. It is well worth it to have peace of mind that whatever computer trouble I have, I can trust Geek Squad to do a good job to solve the problem. I have taken laptops to Geek Squad several times and they have always done a great job!

I’ve had this membership for a couple years and it has been very helpful with great customer service. When I had my 75” TV mounted they even suggested a better mount and had it with them. They even had to drill holes in the mount to center the TV due to the studs in the wall. I like having a one stop shop.

Total Tech Support can be really helpful. I purchased it because it was cheaper than buying a new computer. It all added up into savings of the next year and made me to extend the service for the next year. In addition, a customer receives a complete antivirus for all devices. I am truly advise anyone who has more than 2 computers to us the Total Tech Support.

Yes it is an expense that otherwise I would not incurred. Non thee less I did purchase this tech support plan. I did recover my tech support pal expense because my surface Microsoft pro did need repairs and all expenses for it's repais we're covered byy tech support plan thanks

Total tech support is worth every penny. I’ve had it for 2 years now. I have used it for installations, software fixing and hardware replacement. I had tv mounted, Ring security set up, many questions asked. It is very easy to use. I have a cpu that is 7 years old. I was going to recycle it. I took it to Geek Squad and had it wiped. It works great now.

I enjoy having the total tech-support. I’ve had it for the last two years and it has been useful. My only qualm is that they should be able to come in home and do installation of TVs especially if you bought the TV from Best Buy as well. I don’t think there should be a charge of $50 instead of the $150 that they charge. Also if you bring in a Device into the store and they see that you have total tech they should give you some priority because you’re paying for the service where as people just walking in or not

Have had geek squad tech support for several years now. have had no issues when dealing with the geeks as far as knowing what they are doing to fix whatever issue I have. Have done both, take items in for repair and have had them remote in - no issues. With technology moving at such a fast pace, it brings peace of mind.

I was in the fence as to whether to renew my subscription but then had an issue where I needed a new washer and dryer. I was able to get free haul away for 3 machines and I got a discount on an extended warranty. It was well worth it. Also I get the internet security from webroot which is fantastic! I highly recommend!

The Total Tech Support membership purchase has been a great deal for us. We had a tech person come to our home to advise us on various items we want to purchase from Best Buy. The Geek Squad has taken care of our computer repair needs and has been helpful in answering our questions. This is the one of the best purchases we have made at Best Buy.

Geek Squad gives your family the assurance that your devices will be properly serviced and maintained. The outside delivery service for appliances is not as good as in store Geek Squad. They chose to not install our dishwasher over less than 1/16 of inch in counter height. Best Buy was unable to offer a solution for this situation. Still, no dishwasher at our house months later.

Tech support came to our home and quickly discovered a cable connection fault that caused sound to lag a little behind the picture on cable airing. Also, can't say enough about the quality of Total Tech that keeps our computer running flawlessly.

I have nothing but good things to say about this service! Needed a dryer repair and saved money by having this service! I’ve used the free screen protector replacement several times in the cell department! Bought a radar detector and found out it can be installed for free because I have total tech service!!!

We purchased a new LG 55" TV. Two guys came out to do the job. They were friendly and professional. The new TV would replace a 42" hung in a corner. We reused the mount. They had to do a minor modification to the in-wall outlet due to changes in building codes. They took everything away and cleaned up after themselves. And showed us how to use the new device. Great job!

I had Total Tech support and now I have the new Best Buy Total Tech. It's better than before. Now the Geek Squad will deliver and set up my purchases at no extra charge! Plus my electronics are covered for 2 years with the plan. Great value!

Total Tech provides peace of mind knowing it’s there for me and my family whenever needed.

This is my second year with Total Tech service and did not hesitate to renew this service. I needed a replacement TV and arranged delivery, install, including set up of a Roku sound bar, site visit to assess my internet, installation of a Ring doorbell, etc. all of these services together would have cost me much more than the annual fee!

You cannot go wrong with enrolling in the Total Tech Support. The plan pays for itself with just one installment. I am very pleased with the plan and the GEEK Squad members who have serviced my home here in Missouri and my previous homes in the Indianapolis area.
