I really love the Total Tech Support that I get from Best Buy for my computer. The computer techs are easy to work with, explain clearly what is wrong with my computer and what it will take to fix it. They are always timely in getting the job done whenever I have had to take my computer into the store. Thank you, Best Buy, for exceptional service!

Love that it takes care of every appliance in my house at a minimal cost! Whether I bought it at Best Buy or not. But most of any electronic has been bought at " BestBuy"! Do not have to worry about who to call for repairs. Techs are very responsible and knowledgeable! Going back this week for new TV& microwave!

This is a great service offered by Best Buy. I have used it for computers that I didn’t even purchase from Best Buy. Very knowledgeable people who take the time to explain their service and what to expect from them. They have tuned up my computers and removed a virus for no additional cost. Also you get discount on installations and services.

The staff is very friendly and professional. In the past I was afraid to use my devices because I did not understand many features and I did not know how to approach problems. Now I am not afraid anymore because the Geek squad people are excellent teachers and they are available when you need them. Also the total tech support includes discounts and anti-virus. Best deal you can wish for.

Total Tech Support gas been one of the best investments I've ever made. It started when I bought a new laptop. It was setup to my particular specifications. I have used it for another laptop I own that a local repair shop couldn't fix. Geek Squad fixed it, now I have a reliable backup. I've also used the service for my iPhones and discounts for qualifying merchandise.

Love being a total tech member for the discounts on merchandise, installations and also on the protection and upgraded return policy. It’s a little pricey but can come in handy if you like shopping at Best Buy.

I don't have to worry about my computers anymore. We have taken two laptops and a desktop numerous times for a variety of problems. Even when it is the simplest thing that I don't know how to do, BB personnel hasn't laughed at me yet! Very professional, knowledgeable and great at explaining what they did. The nominal annual renewal costs offers cross-functional discounts and warranties on all purchased electronics and home installations - especially wide-screen television. Most important, our home entertainment systems are compatible, and installed for immediate enjoyment.

This is a great plan. We live 40 miles from nearest BB computer store and this service has solved all kinds of problems for us remotely. When we do need to bring our computer in, we make an appointment and often the Geek Squad has solved the problem right there. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ryan at the Charleston WV Best Buy store has made my subscription totally worth it! The geek squad is my go to for tech support and I will always seek Best Buy first fir all my tech needs before looking elsewhere because of his help and service regarding the installation of my cameras. This young man is an asset to the company!

This is critical for someone who needs technical help with their computers, software, printers, monitors TVs and etc. Stop trying to be the computer expert, get Total Tech Support so you can focus on using your technology rather than pulling you hair out trying to figure it out.

It really is like a tech in the house. I call them for any questions. I am basically computer illiterate and love knowing they are there. Have used Geek for years and recently upgraded when I got suckered into a scam and had to have my hard drive replaced. I was a wreck when I did that and they came to my rescue. I really have peace of mind that they are there.

When I ask something that the person does not now, they admit it and go get advice from someone else who does know, rather than make something up.

We don’t always buy service plans, but this one is unique. We bought a new computer and the plan allowed for me to bring in the old computer to Best Buy. The Geek Squad cleaned up the old computer and got it back to its previous quality. That service was enough to justify the price of the plan. I’m only beginning to get the services I need done under the plan.

I like being able to talk with a live person when I run into a problem with my computer, video equipment, or phone. The auto renewal also makes it easy so you won't forget to have it when you need the service the most. I'ts a GREAT VALUE. This plan is one of the most valuable plans I have ever purchased. Due to my computer acting up like a fool. I have used this plan multiple of times and it is well worth it's weight in gold. The best buy total tech support is a very good choice . At first I was reluctant, didn't think I would realize the value. But this year I have saved much with free deliveries for washer/dryer purchase,lg. screen tv purchase and hook up,trouble shooting.It,s saved me moch grief'

I’ve used my membership several times and always gotten my electronics fixed. Most times, it can be repaired by remote online help. The real techs are professional “fix-it” gurus, but a lot of the time the virtual assistant does not understand the problem. Last night, my grandaughter’s printer went crazy printing all kinds of things. She had a college paper due today and needed help. Geek Squad to the rescue! Th tech remotely solved the issue within about 35 minutes. Now that’s service.

Total Tech Support has been very valuable for us. For example, it helped us get our Sony Vaio laptop, which was not working correctly, working again and upgraded to Windows 10. Also, when our desktop computer had a hard drive crash, Total Tech Support helped us recover data and transfer it to our new computer.
