I am VERY glad to have the total tech support from Best Buy. I have used their service many times. They always answer my questions and fix my problem. This is something everyone should consider purchasing.

I used my plan recently to buy a dishwasher. I received expedited service and free installation. It was awesome! Other stores said 9 to 14 days for the same appliance.

Most of the time I can get information or problems solved at the store, but also it is sometimes necessary and very helpful for a technician to come to our home on appointment.

This plan really works itself out if you plan to install things like backup camera and subwoofers etc. You can also bring your own things that you purchased from other sites and they will install it for you very cheap or free. Highly recommend.

With Geek Squad I feel very secure. I am 74 years old & not very good at computer technology. I can either ask at Best Buy any questions or call Geek Squad & get my answers correctly. It has helped us on the computer & TV. Recommend to ALL

This plan is great! Admittedly I didn’t know what all it did when we first got it, it really came in handy when we needed our TVs mounted. We also got a great discount off of our fridge!

We had to use the Geek protection for the first time and had a great experience. Our home computer got hacked so we brought it in to have it scanned and protected and they did an excellent job. Our computer runs so much better since the repair.

We have had excellent experiences whenever we use them. Sometimes we have to wait a brief amount of time for an appointment, but they always fix the issue correctly.

Absolutely worth the investment! We purchased a laptop last year right before Covid hit & ended up returning to purchase 2 Chromebooks. We had older laptops that we were able to have the team transfer all of our old pictures, videos and data onto to preserve (something I never could have done) and load onto the new computers only what we really needed so it wouldn’t get slowed down by unneed programs. Knowing we have the discount to have the team come out to install new equipment definitely makes me inclined to shop at Best Buy as I am not tech saavy. I was able to take the old devices to a store where they buy for parts k owing they were safely cleared of all data and recouped some of my money. I just renewed. Definitely worth the investment!

I actually renewed my membership as I got it last year. Took my laptop in for a general checkup. They found several updates that hadn't been done and a few other issues. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. Happy with this service.

well being new to this country this was very help full as i was getting new things and facing new troubles.Saved a lot of money on a few installations and repairs, much more than what it cost me to buy Total Tech Support.
