Every one of the techs we have worked with are amazing! They are always pleasant, quick to do their job, and, above all, PATIENT - which at my age (91) and being a no-tech person I need and appreciate . Of course, the savings are pretty good, too.

Total Tech Support is a must have. I get great discounts on many services and installs and the discount you get on the geek squad protection plan comes in handy. They even helped me with support on items I didn’t purchase from Best Buy. It’s completely with the cost for those that make several Best Buy purchase yearly

I finally took out Total Tech in 2020 knowing that I was going to get a new laptop and desktop and would need their services. But, was able to use it for other products we had and have been totally pleased with how easy and valuable it’s been. So, I know I won’t use it as much this coming year, but for security, I renewed it.

Dropping off an item to be repaired or having a home installation, these folks have the answers or know how to get them fast. Yes, it can be a bit pricey, but consider how much you have invested in your home tech and how much easier it is to have a home visit for larger items. They don't rush you and I never get the feeling that they wish they were elsewhere.

We love all the included services that Total Tech has to offer Best Buy customers. The representatives are very kind & knowledgeable when we call for help. We love that we are able to have them come out to our home & help assist with taking down our entertainment equipment during our move. They’re very patient & were very careful with our belongings.

If you don’t have total tech then you don’t know what you’re missing anything that goes wrong in your home as far as electronically is covered. They’ll have a Geek Squad guy come out to your house explain it to you fix it and show you all the things that you didn’t even know that you can do on your electronic device.

I am a senior citizen lady and am not great at understanding technology. Best Buy Total Tech Support is amazing! They answered all my questions, came to my home and set everything up and showed me how to use each purchased item. In store Geek assistance has also been helpful and patient!!

These folks helped us assess our TV, music and internet options for our home. Their recommendations were perfect and their help with installation and support have been great. We’ve had them install new equipment, consulted via online chat and had in-store service. Al, were done in a professional and timely manner. Worth the investment for peace of mind.

If you have a lot of electronic products, this helps give peace of mind. It is more of an insurance than anything. But we have used it for a discounted price to calibrate our TV along with tech support on our devices and swiftness of customer service. I would recommend for anyone making a large purchase or those that have multiple purchases (ie - phone, computer, TV, ipad, etc).

I’ve been a member with Best Buy for about 2 years already since I purchased my new home and it’s be super convenient for me since everything I had to install was new. It’s either free or 20 percent off! Plus you get extras depending on the item you purchase.

I have had good service with Geek Squad agents and have had them set up computers for me in the past. I was not fully satisfied with my most recent experience. Instead of having me put my Microsoft account ID on it before they did the setup work, they created a new holding ID which blocked me from reaching my 365 and One Drive apps.

Love this service! It is so nice to have the tech support at my fingertips and able to get help at home if need be. Love that they have upgraded the program so I am not paying for someone to come out to the house all the time. Highly recommend getting this service if you are not technically astute

At first, I thought this was too pricey an investment, but each year I have problems that the Geek Squad addresses with great speed and professionalism, including getting Alexa to work better and showing me how to connect devices, like my phone to my TV.

We are retirees and the Geek squad is a blessing. I would give every one of them a raise if I could and they all deserve one. Everyone that has installed a tv, router or other electronic equipment for us has been very professional, courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate having the GEEK SQUAD.

The most benefit I've enjoyed from this yearly membership is the anti-virus I have on computers and the discount I get on protection plans. This membership does not include coverage for wear-and-tear or accidental damage. I receive an email before my membership is renewed in case I wish to opt out. I have not used software support for my products, have yet to test that out.

This is a great service! Every purchase you make with warranties is covered without further cost. You get 5% off the price of your purchases. It also supports items you purchased somewhere else.

Since I am now retired, I don't have an IT department to help me with my questions/problems. I have called Tech Support numerous times. I have never been made to feel foolish or inept. I am a senior citizen and cannot easily perform the tasks. But each rep was very patient and easy to understand. And they made sure I was satisfied with the outcome.

they have always been able to fix my problems dropped my laptop off for a tune up running slow was told the tech recommended a new hard drive and only for the cost of the hard drive and now my laptop runs like a new one boots up quick even noticed the battery lasting longer could not be happier

I know I can rely on the service I get from Best Buy. all my devices are covered and I have the security of knowing my questions will be answered. If I have any issues with anything I can make a phone call and know my questions will be answered. I did reach out once so far and am more than satisfied with the response Well worth the money

I have enjoyed this service since they started it a few years ago now. I have used this for having radios, speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers installed in 3 different cars. I have also used this when purchasing major kitchen appliances. Well worth the $200 a year if you take advantage of the perks of this service.
