This service is wonderful !! All of the techs that I ever talked to, or more often chat with on line are very pleasant, respectful, and have a ton of knowledge !!!! They all take time with my problems that I go to them with. They stay with you until your problem has been totally solved If they need you to do something on your end and don't know that much about computers, they are patient with you and help you anyway they can. They even call you sometimes if you don't understand what they mean while chatting. I've had other technical support companies in the past, and they can't hold a candle to The Geek Squad !!!! For the price, there is nothing comparable. 24/7 tech support plus webroot, I wouldn't do with out it !!!

While I'm a retired Aerospace Engineer, I still am stumped when it comes to putting together electronic components so they work as a system. I just love the various Total Tech Teams we have dealt with. They figure out things I could never do. They correct programming errors, settings and cabling. And they go so far as to create charts to help us use our Streaming, BluRay, Surround Sound Theater and Satellite Box with our new Smart TVs. They have helped use create a Mesh WiFi Network to give us WiFi in every room in our home and our detached Studio. It gives me comfort to know that Total Tech is there to help me when I'm struggling with the new Technologies I encounter.

I have 4 kids and a husband that is not quite so techy. Total support has helped me keep the virus' at bay, set up household electronics as needed and the discounts given help pay for itself in our household. Worth it for us!
