Glad I took out Total Tech Support. It has been a very cost effective plan since I have called on this service for an existing product as well as for a new Home Theater installation

I purchased it but has never used it for a year. It seems to offer all necessary assistance to those who need it. I would still recommend it to those who know little about computer and want to have peace of mind in case something goes wrong with their computer.

We have had an outstanding experience with our Total Tech Support and especially Ben. Was easy to connect with for any questions after installation. They were on time, communicated arrival, and were very efficient!

I like my savings on my protection plan. They come to my house very respectful. They have set up my tv for me & hauled an old one away. That was two major pluses for me!! I “HIGHLY” recommend this to everyone.

My total protection plan has been worth every penny; it has been invaluable with several purchases over the past year. The set-up, installation and haul-off that are icluded are true money-savers.

We have used Total Tech support more and more each year. My wife used it for her Kindle. We have used it for our entertainment systems many times. It gives us value and piece of mind knowing that someone is there to help.

We have used Total Technical Support Powered By Geek Squad whenever we have had an issue an they have always been there for us. Whenever we bought something new we would have them deliver it an install it for us.

I LOVE having this membership. I take my laptop in just for updates or to have them do a diagnostic run on it to check it out. Pricey but I renew it every year and get my money's worth out of it.

I already had Total Tech Support from last year when I purchased my laptop. I was so excited when I purchased my new dishwasher on 11/13/2021 and found out I also got FREE delivery AND installation of said dishwasher! Then, I was SO disappointed when I found out that this particular service is contacted out and the contractor(s) did not have anyone available until 12/22/2021~~5-6 weeks after purchase! So, I have this TTS that I PAID for and I also have my new dishwasher that we drove 35 minutes to pick up and bring home, and then I PAID $300 to have it installed to be able to use it for Thanksgiving. So, TTS this time FAILED. I would like to add that I used to have "Geek Squad" support for years and it was GREAT. I assume this TTS is also good IN-HOUSE, but contracting out delivery/installation services that take 5-6 weeks after a $1000+ purchase isn't great.

The plan is worth the money. They tried to hack into my computer and I took it in to the store to have it looked at and get rid of any viruses it might have had. Geek Squad took care of me and it was covered by my total tech support membership

I would not do without the BEST BUY TOTAL TECH SUPPORT powered by Geek Squad. It is a total life saver, time and trips. Minimises stress & panic.

All aspects of this support is over the top. Everything from in home support to any aspect of customer service is great. Highly recommend it considering the price and all that goes with it.

I had a head unit installed into my car and was told that Total Tech Support will cover the install and any troubleshooting and man is that ever true. I had the head unit, amp, subwoofer, and replaced all of my speakers. Total Tech covered all of the installs and the many times I had to go back as we had to do some tuning and filter placement on some of the speakers (Car Audio is an art form that I have 0 skill in). Then I found out that it now acts as a warranty as well, which is great because I have had some small issues with a few parts and total tech covered my replacements/exchanges.

I absolutely love this plan. I wasn't for sure if I would actually use it, but it has been a life saver. It has saved me on installation fees and different devices that needed attention.

Total tech support is well worth the money. They will come out to your home to install, setup anything you purchase at Best Buy.

We have this on all our computers and they have saved us countless hours of worry and frustration. None of us is a computer expert so this service gives us tremendous peace of mind.

This option is great for when you need Best Buy squad to come out to your house for any tv moving around installation or any kind of job you need done for your tv. I would definitely recommend this
