Just this summer, my daughter's laptop needed to be evaluated for running slowly and because of the protection plan, we were able to upgrade her hard drive at a discounted rate and have the laptop brought up to par before heading off to college.

I can't say enough about the appreciation I have for Geek Squad tech support whether in person or live on the phone and remote helping directly on our computers. I want it when I need it. Never have been able to get home appt. When I call to ask a question they are so busy that I am asked to make an appt. I do get questions answered at the appt. Time ys and I can't get all the answera I may need. So I have to make another appt.

I paid for my membership with the install of a 65" TV as well as two outdoor security cameras. Technicians are knowledgeable, fast, and present professional and clean. Will use again for some additional work I have planned for the home office. One nitpick: The renewal happened without a heads-up, so that was a little annoying, getting charged $199. But I set a calendar reminder to review the day before it's set to renew in 2021 -- so that problem is solved!

Technical work is professionally performed by courteous and attentive employees. * The people on the phone for the initial call do not have the tools they need to the process into motion. * We have received TT Support for appliances, computers and audiovisual issues. * System needs improvement on the intake and scheduling side of the equation.

Not what it used to be able to your home audio, video, tv, cellphone, computer,laptop and various other electronics products with ease. Now they charge more and depending onthe defects or repairs it the process is a bit more complicated. But, if you want peace of mind knowing that your purchase is then this might be the was to go.

I like the total tech service we always receive but this time , during data transfer they forgot to tell us temporary password and had to go back next day , i felt my time was wasted by them not telling me about temp password they placed

The plan pays for it self I got. my fair share from them They are restore an old tower the password was forgotten Roches made a home in it the rapped up in plastic gave it back so I could get it profession cleaned. Have been a member for 3+ years. Very handy service. But you can no longer just bring in your device; you must make an appointment, which is not always handy. Plan to have your device there for at least 7 days. You also save money on any extended warranties, or home service, which is helpful.

Keep getting qualified help. I will always buy tech items from you, because of the good service and help I generally get. Only once I had a person come to my home who did not know how to help me, and left me stranded. Since I had to pay for her to come, I did not call another to finish the simple job. I do still need that same service, however.

The Total Tech Support Membership is totally worth the price even though it is really expensive especially if you are not tech savvy (which I am not) and use your computer/laptops/TVs, etc a lot!

I have mixed feelings about this, I like the fact I can get my computer repaired, however the wait times, just to start the process, are outrageous and the answering voice prompts do make you jump through so many hoops and redundancies of information it gathers are annoying. Especially since when a live person eventually gets on the line all that information you gave just to get through the answering process, is required again.

This program is the best for everything purchased at Best Buy. Which is why I try to have all purchases covered through Total Tech. Complete peace of mind. Wonderful customer service. Cannot recommend it more highly.
