Geek Squad Tech Support is absolutely great and worth being a member. They are quick to respond and very courteous, professional and above all very helpful.

Total Tech Support is a really great thing! I used it quite a bit when I had trouble with my computer as I am not tech savy. The agents are very polite and supportive. The techs really know what they're doing!

I have not been a big fan of tech support contracts in the past but Total Tech has it's advantages. I have used them to install a big screen TV on a living room wall to cleaning up a laptop and tuning it for me.

My devices were doing so well after assist last year. I (mistakenly) thought they would stay that way. Six hours after cancelling total tech support, everything went haywire. Am so thrilled to have them back in my life!!

Scheduling of in house Tech support was convenient and timely. Have had tech support for TV, printer, Laptop and Wifi. all did excellent job.
