Nick, the Geek Squad member who helped me, was great. He walked me through the use of my new computer and made sure that all my files were transferred. I could never have done it by myself. My experiences with the Geek Squad at the Denver Best Buy have all been positive.

This plan more than pays for itself. It has helped with installations and problem-related calls on appliance (oven), computer and TV with all its various components. There are discounts on purchase and service and all are well worth it. People are well trained and knowledgeable. I've been a member for many years and will continue.

I like having Total Tech Support, which I have had for several years. The Geek Squad guys have installed and/or fixed several things on my iMac, printers, and ROKU streaming device. Total Tech Support has saved me money on installations & repairs.

The Geek Squad has saved me numerous times!! Very knowledgeable about what is going on. I live an hour from a Best Buy store and this is a life saver! They can remotely fix anything that is going on. Very friendly service as well.

IT IS GREAT WHEN I CALL ON THE TEAM TECH SUPPORT FOR HELP WITH ISSUES THAT OCCUR, AND IT'S LIKE TALKING TO A TEAM MEMBER IS LIKE TALKING TO A FRIEND. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGABLE AND CAN RELATE TO THE PROBLEM AT HAND. THEY WON'T LEAVE UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED, AND THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THE TEAM.

Total Tech Support is by far the best deal I have ever gotten from Best Buy. Through the program, I have had computers fixed, crack phone screens replace, tv's installed and the list goes on. It more than pays for itself every year as is available 24/7.

Neglected to tell me that the appt time was only to get you information to drop off merchandise and not to fix it. You have to come back the next day at appt time to pick up. Don't think it is a fast service but the manager took care of it.

Whenever I take my computers in for help no matter how tech dumb I am, I am treated with utmost respect and given full attention to meeting my specific needs. I can ask any question and they answer patiently and courteously in clear and understandable ways. They are always there when I need them.

Have used tech support (Geek Squad) for many years. Use to travel excessively and was able to always access the service here and or abroad via internet. Geek Squad solved my problems remotely and without me having to sit and wait for something to the done. Great service and will use them for years to come. Recommend to friends and family.

This is my second year purchasing Total Tech Support. This is a wonderful investment because all of my major appliances are covered through this plan even the ones that I did not purchase from Best Buy will still be converted. I can have any and all computers checked out by the Geeksqad. Total Tech Support is the best!

Absoloute LOVE! They keep me protected. Due to annual membership, they delivered my TV and stand, put both together at no additional cost other than tip which is not required but you will definetly want to.

Love the in-home service. Not so much having to deal with overseas agents that don't speak english very well. I will recommend people use the in-home service - not calling overseas unless they are really computer literate and can push these people to resolve the problem.

I can’t say enough about the great tech support I have received over the years for the Total Tech Support team. They have helped me with my IPad, laptop, my new IPhone, and most recently, my Blink camera system. Well worth the yearly cost to join the plan.

We added this service when we bought our Sony 85" TV so that it could be installed/wired in wall. Was worth the purchase because there are so many other services you can use within the timeframe. We used 1 or 2 more services, and they came at a value as compared to if you had paid for installation each time.

we would not be without the TOTAL TECH SUPPORT membership. I have had the Geek Squad support since 2008 and then took out membership for TOTAL TECH SUPPORT when told about it in 2016 With the Pandemic around now ,this SUPPORT has paid for it self over & over as you could get help when stores were closed

It is very assuring to know you have a plan that you can use to call on in-home support (or over the phone) whenever you need it. Not only that, but you get additional discounts for other services as well. Since I have no technical skills, I feel comfortable with my purchases knowing I can call for assistance when I need it.

The Geek Squad is Total Tech Support. These people are the Very Best when it comes to providing protection for all our Devices, for our Home, Adult Children and Granddaughter. They are Extremely Friendly, Professional and always provide the Very Best Service. Since we became Total Tech Support Members we have Total Peace of Mind.

Total tech support is exactly that. This is our second year and we have only needed help remotely to clean up or tune-up our computer. We had it hacked once and that's when we got Total tech support. Other benefits are also included. The support team is great.

Total Tech Support is a great help me us. We are not very tech savvy and when we have a problem I can either call the tech support number for help OR I can take my item in for a checkup and to have the problem fixed. I really didn't think we would use it very much but we have used it a lot this year. Totally worth it.
