Geek squad would help anytime either in-person or on-line and will resolve issues with any component new or old. You will need to leave the equipment at any Best Buy and they will fix it for you, it really pays off.

Total Tech Support plan is great for me! I am a long time Geek Squad member, and I really need to know that there are professionals out there ready and willing to help keep me up and running technically.

Have use our total tech support several times, the Geek Squad always comes through for us. It may seem costly until you have an issue and then you will be glad to have the coverage.

This is so worth it. We are not tech smart in this house and if something goes wrong they are there. Saves a lot of money if you use as service cZlls are expensive! Hard at times to get spot but to us this is a must.

We purchased a new tv and had tech service install and set up the surround sound and blu ray player how nice it was to push the power button and enjoy the movie gone in 60 seconds.

I love my TTS! The in-house techs are always helpful and go the extra mile to ensure our problems are solved. I've also used the phone techs, who are also very helpful. My only complaint is the necessity to make an appointment.
