I have had Total Tech Support for two years. My experiences have been nothing but pleasant. Technicians arrive on time and are customer friendly. I’ve had car radio, printers installed. They appeared eager to please! Nothing but good reviews from Auntpamster4life!!!

Some people think they won't use this support program but we do, and we've always been pleased. We purchase enough items to justify this price due to the reduced install charges, etc. Great deal!

The Geek Squad is always available when we have any questions or problems with our computers. They can solve any problems with our computers and if needed they access computer and fix any problem that we can't fix.

Well worth the money, especially if you have a lot of tech in your home. Home theater, laptops, tablets, wifi, installing new devices. They've been incredibly helpful with everything. Highly recommended!

The guys that came to our house to set up our new Samsung and surround sound were FANTASTIC. We had Fabio & Joseph and 2nd time Tech Support came out was with Ryan Pollscheck and so sorry I don't remember his partner's name. But all these guys were FANTASTIC!! You couldn't ask for better support. I recommend Tech Support Geek Squad all the time! Truly worth it!! And if anyone deserves a raise it's these guys that go that xtra mile to help the customer!!!!!

With all the help I need understanding technology related issues, I think Total Tech Support is the best purchase I've made at Best Buy.
