Have Total Tech protection and had it for years. Any issues or problems with my phones, computer or TV they are there to help. On line or in home.

For all the Electronics items I purchase from best buy and was having issues making sure they were kept covered by individual plans it was getting scarey. So glad BB Now Provides this total Tech Support!!!

My computer crashed and this service got my computer back up and running without a lapse it time. Needed it and they took my computer and fixed it.

Great support for resolving problems since buying service . Very competent Geek squad support -- listen to concerns, appear at home in timely fashion and quickly resolve problems.

Not a techie, so definitely need this tech support. 90% of my issues were solved with great, professional and courteous customer service. 10% ... I guess everyone have an off day sometimes and only two occasions was the service and knowledge level lacking.

Total Tech Support is a necessary option. I use it often and have been very pleased with the support that I receive from Total Tech. Well worth the price.
