I've had geek squad for quite some time now and it's great. I always had issues with my tech till having geek squad and when they helped out I have had no issues. Always helpful and always willing to help.

We could not get along without the total tech. The piece of mind to know all of our electronics and appliances are covered is a great feeling.

Agent was able to determine the problem with my printer. It is soo nice and easy to be able to place a call and get service immediately. I think the tech support membership is worth the money.

Don't have much faith in 800# personnel. They screwed up my printer twice after keeping me on the phone forever; using up all my ink with repeated TEST page prints; then telling me problem was fixed when it wasn't (and one time even made it worse). A hassle, but I took my printer and laptop to the guys in the GEEK squad at Best Buy in Bergen Outlet center store and they took care of everything. Save your time and make an appointment with the store personnel if you have any problems.

The Total Tech Support membership is great. We used it several times when we move to get appliances installed (even ones not purchased from Best Buy). Also had 2 TV's hung.

Very happy with this purchase. It's always better to be "SAFE THAN SORRY". It's a hugh relief know that once the manufacturers warranty goes away I still have great coverage.

It's a excellent service to have. But it takes way to long to get a representative to actually do the work, sometimes 2-3 hrs delay. I would recommend Bestbuy get more help for GEEK Squad

We have had the protection plan for several years. I like the support that it provides. In addition it saved me money on installations of two wall mounted tv's so far.

I live out in the country and it is a major trek into a computer store for a simple fix. Not to mention typically I would be without my computer for weeks. A simple call to the geek squad and problems are solved on the phone. I have only had one problem that I did have to go into a best buy and leave my laptop as the technician's on the phone could not get to the bottom of the issue. I took it in and 3 days later I got the call to come get it. Due to Covid-19 I had to make an appt. to talk to the person who fixed it, but everything was well explained to me before I left. 3 days instead of 3 weeks was a welcome change. I will never let my Geek Squad subscription lapse.

Love the Total Tech Support package! It gave us the luxury of having the Geek Squad install our new TV and, I love that I now get free shipping on Best Buy.com.
