At least in our case, having Total Tech Support more than paid for itself with cable-cutting and setup of new equipment and connecting them. Since it covers all tech equipment in our home, feel we have a source that we can go to for answers and/or repairs as needed. Case in point...had a Geek Squad coverage on my laptop, but NOT the software. Wasn't aware that it was different as far as coverage went...it is. One of the Windows updates corrupted the operating system. Took it in to Best Buy (purchase the Total Tech Support) and that covered re-imaging the laptop, etc. Do not know what that would have cost otherwise, but again...having some peace-of-mind is worth a lot too.

This is the second year of Tech Support. We saved a lot on repairs for our four home computers & laptops the first year. In the second year, we've not had many repairs, but we have saved money on both the cost of security (WEBROOT is provided with the service and replaced NORTON), and 10% discount on products purchased from BestBuy. Home service charges are capped at $49 -- and we used them recently when our Samsung FRAME television was installed over our fireplace. Overall, we have found Total Tech Support represents good value for our family and recommend Total Tech Support without hesitancy to others.

All my devices works properly. I just manage to push the wrong buttons, or click the wrong spot until I need help getting the device back to normal. The Geek Squad is always friendly,professional, and PATIENT!

Total Tech Support has been a great investment with our new home. We have now mounted five TV all with soundbars and wall mounts qnd plan to have them do our pool surround sound system.

I’m glad I bought total tech support. Reason , I bought a laptop , started to get slow for no reason. The cleaned it out , updated a few things and now my laptop is running like new.
