I really enjoy having it. Every time I need to use it, it comes in handy and saves me money. If I didn't have the service it would cost much more to use with out having it.

I have been with Geek Squad for numerous years. I will stay with them. They are always there 24-7 and have never had any real major issues. Worth the $$, I am not tech savvy

This protection plan is the best thing to have. I got it for Christmas last year from my grandsons, which I didn't think I really needed something like this. But I quickly found out that it's the best thing that ever happened to me. I just renewed it again this year. The people at Geek Squad are always happy and willing to help you when needed and having on any of my devises to included electronics that weren't even purchased by Best Buy. Total Tech Support even has discounts on certain purchases which I was unaware of until I purchased my car starter. The benefits of having Total Tech Support is worth purchasing the program.

I like being able to pay one yearly price and being able to take any of my devices to the geek squad for assistance. The agents are very helpful and knowledgeable.

As I have several computers I have taken them in when all else failed. I had a couple of machines that I gave up as dead but they repaired them and I use them all now. Great Job

The Total Tech Support is great! You never know when you'll need it or if Tech Support will be needed to repair/fix any issue. I always use them if I have problems.
