Love having this for my small business whenever I run into an issue I love that I can usually have it resolved remotely. Only down side is how long you have to wait sometimes.

This service, is good to have. Had questions about different devices, when I called my questions were answered correctly. The representative was so very kind, helpful and thoughtful.

Worthwhile to have this protection. Coverage includes devices that you may have purchased somewhere else. Have also called them to get troubleshooting over the phone.

This is a service worth getting. I use the install part of the membership, the laptop check at geek squad, and the installers did a great job mounting a tv and Sonos system.

Came in handy a few times. Nice that it covers more than just the item that was purchased. I wish it covered data back up at no charge when you supply your own back up device, especially when it says "TOTAL" tech support

Geek Squad, Eagan, fixed and updated a slow desktop computer. Computer was a mess and took a long time to load programs. Made an appointment, talked to a technician and 3 days later it was running like new with the latest Windows 10.

Though we only use it when needed, our chat support and technical help received has been so important we plan to keep being a part of the total tech support geek squad family.
