I really like the Total Tech support. When necessary I have my PC tuned up to speed up start up and clean my internet and windows browsers.

I have had to use their services twice now transferring files from old pc to new ones, all files were transferred, no corrupt files! New HP P.C. I also bought from Best Buy WORKING GREAT

Protection plans are necessary, just in case something unexpected happens! Having a great tech team makes it easy to overcome issues. A must for computers.

Great membership to have. The techs are helpful and,nowledgeable.It is nice to know there is someone you can talk to when you need support.

All my tech people were very knowledgeable and did a outstanding job installing my appliances. The 2 men who hung my tv on the wall were exceptional

This really came in handy when purchasing my TV! I was only charged $50 to have 2 professionals mount my new 65 inch TV, they covered the cords as well

The tech service has been very helpful with computers and the install of a recently purchased television. Saved me making a lot of trips to figure out what I needed.

Total Tech Support has been great; I just do not want a third party coming to my home and someone that can't speak fluent engish. Other that that they have been great !

We have used this for many items and issues. They have fixed computer problems, virus issues, provided delivery and set up discounts on TVs and TV stands. Good to know we have support when needdd.

Hector and the team at the Best Buy store in Homestead, Florida, were the best. I was traveling through town, and my computer was splitting apart. I took it to them, and Hector immediately accessed it and discovered the battery was swelling. He helped me order one on Amazon and installed it in a couple of days when it arrived. He helped me tremendously.

This has been very helpful when you need support on your electronics. Just a couple of calls pays for having the serving or your own I.T. support.

I love having Total Tech Support. It makes me feel good every time I buy a new item knowing that I have that extra support.

I cannot live without this plan. It covers all of my devices from iPhone, iPad , Laptop, and printers. I take my devices in every six months for an overall tuneup, software update, and virus check up. My favorite techie guy, Jesse, informed me last year that my plan also covers all of my appliances ie: Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer...etc., Even if you didn’t purchase the appliances from Best Buy. While I have not had the need to utilize this service yet, I believe there is a nominal service fee. Even so, it would more than cover the cost of the plan. I also have utilized the chat feature, as well as speaking with one of the techies at the 800 line. This saves a trip To the store.

The savings in support pays for it self. I was able to wall mount multiple TVs and purchase extended warranties. It more then pays for itself if you tend to buy from best buy.

We have really appreciated the tech support for all of our computers and recently an in home appliance repair. The staff is very helpful and professional.

I like the plan. It feels good that I can call or stop by and get help. The only draw back is the response is very slow and one always have to set up an appointment. However usually they are courteous and know their craft.
