Going on my 2nd year using Tech Support. Was a huge help during the first year. Used it on several occasions and was very pleased. Well worth every penny

It is worth it to know that if anything happens to your computer, phone or electronic device, you can rely on this service. Professional people, great results. Only complaint: if you call the main line, they have no idea what your are talking about half the time. Expect to get bounced around several times. I called to setup an appointment to install the mesh wifi I bought from BestBuy and I got transferred 4 times, was on the phone for over an hour. Ended up having to reschedule the appointment I made because they booked the wrong type. Bottom line...go to the store!

This is a great support system to have. Though I don't use my computer every day , it is comforting to know my system is protected

Well worth the cost. The techs who come to the house are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They are also fully masked and keep the masks on.
