The local Geek Squad team has been helpful with computer issues, and my wife and I did appreciate the in-home service for installation of two appliances purchased recently.

This is one of the best memberships or service that I subscribe to each year. It's very helpful, convenient, and has its perks.

First they helped me recover two computer systems where the drive had crashed. I thought that was worth the membership alone. But then I decided to upgrade my radio. Total Tech Support installed it as part of my membership! And I get a Webroot Antivirus subscription with the membership. I do alot of my computer work myself. But......sometimes, maybe someone else should do it. And if I didn't listen to that little voice, and something goes wrong, I can still bring what didn't work in to them.

The Geek Squad has been excellent in helping me troubleshoot any problems I have with lap top. A bit harder to secure help during pandemic though. A bit pricey!

We love having tech support on all our phones, computers, I pads etc. The Geek squad is great and easy to understand what they are telling you.

I've gotten a lot of use out of this program. Mostly to wall mount televisions with in wall power and cabling. The Geek Squad staff are really good at what they do. Not as impressed when they sub out the work to third party vendors.

The protection plan is the only way to go! Geek squad always has the time to repair, transfer my data or just explain how to use any of the products I purchase.
