this is the BEST protection plan I have ever heard of in my 70+ years. it is worth every penny for the yearly support.

I love Geek squad - they always arrive on time, set up my purchase in a timely manner, are knowledgeable and very patient with questions.

We use this about every 18 months or so. It is a good service. But, I have found if you have a good local computer guy down the road they are often much faster.
