I thoroughly enjoy the expertise and service provided by the Geek Squad and will continue to renew my membership (which I've done for several continuous years).

Since this support covers all technical equipment in my home as well as appliances, I no longer have to purchase Webroot separately.

Unfortunately have had to use total tech support, but it was the best thing We have. Quick friendly service, repair, and installation.

While the services provided through Total tech Support add ease of mind and serve as a neat library of readily available reference should anything go wrong, most of the rewards should be standard. Ridiculous that items like wash machines and refrigerators and TV's now routinely break down in less than 5 years and homeowners are hi jacked into having to add coverage to anything leaving the store lest they prepare for certain repairs in less time than it takes for an entering kindergartener to complete elementary school. The $200 annual renewal fee just adds further insult as a recurring extended warranty service.

So far, so good. My significant other has used the services more than I have. They are always helpful.

If you buy something get the Best Buy Total Tech Support it is a great thing to have if you need it. I would recommend it.
